I brought my laptop here after another local repair shop turned down the work telling me how itd be $350+ not including labor. After seeing uBreakiFix a few times close to where I live, I decided to give them a shot. Draeger gave me an estimate of $160 all parts and labor included. The screen repair went fine but after it was put back together the backlight wasnt working right. Draeger ordered an entirely new LCD and slapped it in but the issue persisted. He then replaced the monitor cable at thinking that may fix it. It did not. Finally he replaced the logic board and ta da! It all works good as new. He apologized about it taking so long but his thoroughness and willingness to see the repair through to the end impressed me and now Im a fan. Definitely go see these guys for all your repair needs. Ask for Draeger!

I cannot say enough GOOD things about this place. I went with a friend twice to get her cracked screen fixed and they did an amazing job both times. Then I went with my mom after she got water damage on her phone, and they managed to replace the parts on her phone and fixed it! Then recently I went in for my phone battery. My battery was jumping around and it would die suddenly. I brought my phone to them and got a new battery. When I returned the next day for another battery issue, they switched my battery out again and managed to fix it! No extra cost, and I am very pleased. Absolutely love this place and its employees. They truly care about their customers.

I took my LG phone in to get repaired and these awesome guys looked at it and had a little bit of trouble working on it but they did a fantastic job repairing it they advised me to get an Otter box for it and i did. I then had trouble with my phone again and took it in because i thought the screen had dead spots on it and took it back for the warranty and they looked at it and it came to be the screen on the Otter box would allow me to touch certain areas of my phone and we just took the little plastic screen off. These guys are pros at what they do. Awesome job I will recommend them to all who need a repair done on their phones. Thanks guys!!!

I brought a water damaged iphone 6 plus in for them to look at and attempt to revive. they told me that they would have to try a sonic cleaning process and a couple other things to see if they could bring it back to life and if they couldnt save it then they wouldnt charge me a dime. i was somewhat skeptical about the last bit. unfortunately they couldnt revive the phone even after swapping test parts on it. they stuck to their word and didnt charge me anything to try to save the device. i will definately be bringing other devices back here if i need their services in the future, thanks!

Twice Ive brought in my phone for major issues- and twice theyve fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Most importantly they were honest about the work performed! Instead of charging me for unnecessary hardware replacements they simply fixed what I brought in. Having been taken advantage of (by OTHER businesses) I am amazed to see an organization maintain such integrity. Shout out to Richard for not only fixing my problem today but for distracting my one year old by finding a car show for him to watch on the television.

I had a great experience at uBreakiFix in McKinney. Byron went above and beyond to repair my computer. What needed to be done was actually a rather simple fix. However, I was initially frazzled by it needing to be repaired at all. Byrons excellent customer service put my mind at ease and I was back to browsing and working in no time! My tablet screen was not displaying but I could hear that it was still working. Over the phone they said that maybe the LCD screen went out and that it would cost approximately $250 for my brand. Well for that much money I was going to just end up needing to buy a new one. Luckily, they do a free diagnostic workup, and it only ended up costing me $10 for them to reconnect a loose connection. Im ecstatic and the employees were super nice and fast! Best repair place Ive been to

Came in to get my ipad fixed and was told they could have it done in two hours! They had it done in half that time and promptly sent me a text updating me. I talked to Spencer on the phone about it before coming in and was also checked in by him when I came in! Very pleased with how smooth it went as customer service seems to be dead these days. But Spencer was so nice and professional!

Splendid customer service! Im not even the type of person to write reviews but because of how nicely I was treated I just had to make this one! Byran from the McKinney Location was awesome. He fixed me up and I was out of there in less than 30 mins for a very low price ! I would definitely go to them if your looking for a reasonable cellphone repair company.

They are great. Usually done with phone in an hour or less and guarantee their work. Used a few times and definitely cheaper than paying for monthly insurance through my provider. I will definitely come here again if I damage my phone again. Great job guys. Fixed my iPhone 6 and my sons iPhone 5 like new.

I took my galaxy s4 active to ubreakifix because I was having trouble getting it to charge. Byron was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and promptly replacing the charge port. My phone has worked great ever since and i have had no more issues with it charging. I highly recommend Ubreakifix!

I am very happy with the work they did on my Google Nexus 5. It seems to be a more specialized phone that many of the repair stores around here do not cater to. Definitely swing by there for repairs or advice, as everyone working there is knowledgeable and happy to help.
