Had a warranty issue with a Sram product. I didnt purchase my bike there, but Kyle still helped me out with the warranty process. When I dropped it off, I wasnt expecting to hear anything for a few weeks, but to my surprise I get a call from Kyle 1 business day later telling me he has my brakes in stock and I could have his instead of waiting for mine to be replaced. Wow! thats pretty bad ass!! I would also like to add that Kyle is extremely knowledgable about bikes and the fast pace evolution the industry has been heading in as of recent. Being a bike geek myself, this is something very hard to find in the DFW area. If your head is spinning on what to purchase so that youre not obsolete when you walk out the door or just wanting the best value, you can trust he knows what hes talking about. Side note..... Pick up IBIS!! Its insane that no one in the DFW carries this brand (in stock) !!! They are killing it right now!

This place reminds me of the specialty shops in the hills of California. I cant bribe this place is tucked into Mckinney. The shop is small but you will find everything you need and then some. I could not find any performance needs missing. My friend was in from Hawaii and we needed to rent a bike for the day. To say they set us up is an understatement. The bike was slick and tuned perfectly. It was a holiday weekend and they worked with us on the return. I would happily make the 40 minute drive again. We found them through the Giant store in Farmers Branch. They also carry Scott bikes.

This place ROCKS. The staff is top notch, friendly and knowledgeable. They always take time to talk to you and make sure you get what you want and at a good price. They also have a great service team who know what they’re doing, and will work hard to make you happy. Oh, and they carry GIANT bikes! It’s great to see such an awesome brand represented with lots of options (MTB, Road and fun bikes). I absolutely love my Anthem X Advance 29er. I have an will continue to recommend Cadence to my friends and anyone who will listen.

Im not a professional cyclist. What I am is a fat guy trying to get healthy. I did it in phases. Started in the gym, then really focused on nutrition, and the cycling is stage three. I love having a bike shop that is patient and understanding. I am a straight up novice but they dont treat me like a moron. Recently I decided to add clips and get some real shoes. They put them on and gave me great advice how do avoid busting my ass. Id never do business anywhere else.

Ive been an avid roadie for almost 20 years and have experienced many, many bike shops. From the minute you walk in the door you are welcomed by a friendly staff who truly cares about helping you with whatever you need. If you want a $500 bike or a $10k bike, you are treated with the same excellent customer service this shop offers. Shop around DFW and and you will truly feel the difference between Cadence and the other guys. I love it so much I now work for them!

Ive been to dozens of bike shops in UT, WI, and TX; as well as called numerous others. Cadence is the only one that ever greeted me right when I walked in, was helpful, patient and courteous on the phone, and competitively priced. They seem to be the only bike shop that realizes its customers want service we come to expect from retailers in general-not just compared to other bike shops (who set the bar low to begin with). Great experience today in working with the guys at Cadence Cyclery. Nick and Ben did a great job wrenching on my favorite bike to bring it into the modern area. Bike was tuned up and the bar tape was on point for the roads in Texas. Huge selection of bikes and the extras to keep you on the road - tires, tubes, bike bags - all with many options to choose from. Super cycling vibe in the shop and the staff is very welcoming.

We are so lucky to have such an awesome Cyclery Center in McKinney!! Outstanding customer service and everyone is so smart and knowledgeable and friendly! My GT Racing Carbon Force Mountain bike iDrive was making noises so I took it to the experts at Cadence and they fixed the problem on the spot! Chris Lowrance personally fixed it. I plan on doing all my shopping at Cadence! Thanks again!!

When it comes to environment and customer service Cadence Cyclery is without a doubt, the BEST cycling shop I have experienced in the DFW area! Kyle is Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they will help you out in any way possible. I cant recommend this place enough. They will still remember your name after the sale unlike many other shops and bend over backwards to keep you riding.

great place, great service, great selection of road and mountain bikes (although im a roady), mechanics are knowledgeable and fast! make the drive from downtown dallas at least once a month and recently bought an excellent road machine (BH), which is a great break from all the Specialized, Trek, Cervelos at White Rock Lake :)

I bought a unicycle from this store had no idea what I was doing, the guy I talked to helped me pick out a beginner uni and refered me to a club that meets near the store these guys definitly know what there doing I would highly recommend going there if you want great service.

I am so thankful to have a LBS in McKinney with knowledgeable and friendly staff to assist. No more trips to Plano or Richardson to get my bikes tuned or buy extra tubes! I spent at least 30 minutes just browsing and talking with the owners. Thank you Cadence Cyclery!

The guys at cadence cyclery are 100% customer oriented unlike other bike shops that I have been to before where you are left alone to wander the store and guess at what products are best for you. Cadence is THE place to go for anything cycling in North Dallas.

When you advertise that you are open on Sunday, you should make sure that you are actually open. Locked up tight, and no answer on the telephone to a full voicemail prompt.
