What a GIANT mistake. I went in to trade my bike in today to only waste an hour and half of my day. I patiently waited while the gentlemen completed all the necessary paperwork regarding my trade-in. Once that was complete, he told me the amount due which i was perfectly ok with. At this point he starts to swap a few items off my bike on to the new one. Once he completed this he came back and told me that it was going to cost me $80 to ship my bike. With this kind of deal I would be almost giving my bike away for free. Why wasnt this disclosed earlier in the process not at the end of a transaction. Complete waste of time. I will not be purchasing a bike from this Giant location.

Bought a Defy Pro 2 (2016) about a month ago. Sam did the bike fitting, and I have to say, this is the most comfortable bike Ive ever ridden. Set up is perfect, I could ride all day. Since it was a 2016, also got a fantastic deal. Everyone at the shop is very nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Giant Lakeside.

This place rocks. It has a comprehensive line of bikes from cafe express to legit all mountain bikes. I picked up a Propel here and the staff was excellent in answering my questions.
