Im new (again) riding a bike after many years of not having a bike. Found that I was a little horrified and was given a lot of encouragement and help in riding one of their bikes in the parking lot. Was happy to know that I could pedal comfortably. I purchased a less expensive bike somewhere else (just to start out)and found that everything was loose. I took it to this bike shop and they tweeked it excellent. They adjusted everything perfectly. This made me feel more confident. I will definitely buy a more professional bike from here in a few months when I gain more experience.

I took my bike to them and asked them to look it over for repairs. They said theyd call me and let me know what it needed and how much it would cost to fix it before they did any work. They never called with the estimate, I just got a voicemail message that my bike was ready. I was relieved when the repair bill was $10; they said it was just needed a small adjustment, but they never explained to me what they did. I get my bike back out on the trails and 1st gear is unusable, and every other gear is slipping worse than before my repair. Im taking my bike to another shop tomorrow.

Took my bike here to fix a broken chain. They kept calling me back wanting me to buy more parts eventually costing over $200. Then the new chain broke not even a week later. I gave this shop a few chances but Ill never take my bike there again.
