This would have been the place I purchased my wedding dress IF the sales assistant Ashley wasnt so rude and obnoxious with my weeding planner. Ashley had previously quoted one price for my wedding planner over the phone and a different price when I went in a few days later....$110 difference. Going in I didnt know the price she quoted my planner; I just told her to find the cheapest place to purchase two particular dresses closest to me and from there she e-mail me their address. When my wedding planner called the store and asked why the price difference Ashley didnt have an explanation, but instead got rude and defensive and ended with the stated, "Well you dont have to do business with us"! My planner asked to speak with the owner Ms. Nancy and while explaining the situation she could still hear Ashley in the background making rude remarks. Even though Ms. Nancy quoted her the original price, I will be taking my business to Brides and Belles in Tyler were my planner suggested in the first place. Customer service and a good attitude gets the customer every time!
