I went to 5 dress places total and by far, the atmosphere, attention to detail, and selection that I got to pick from was the best at Something White! From the moment we stepped through the door, I felt like a valued bride and customer. Brittany listened attentively to everything I said (and the faces I made ha!) while in each dress, from price to vision to cut and color. When I couldnt commit to my favorite dress on the spot, she said to me, "Go to your other appointments and if your mind keeps coming back to this dress, you will know without a doubt this is the one." You wont find a more professional and genuine consultant than that in all of KC! Sure enough, as I went to my other appointments, it sealed the deal that my dress was at Something White. We called her back and she told us to swing back by. As if I wasnt already impressed, she welcomed us back in and let me put the dress back on and go through multiple veils and belts. Even though this was not our scheduled appointment time, I never once felt a hint of being rushed! To sum it up, I guarantee making an appointment at Something White will be worth your time and that you will leave not only feeling like a valued Bride, but also a friend!

The level of customer service youll receive is one of the many reasons to visit this boutique. Brittany went above and beyond and I would HIGHLY recommend brides make their first shopping appointment at Something White Bridal Boutique! Something White Bridal Boutique was the first and final bridal boutique I visited to find my wedding dress. During my first visit, Brittany helped me pull dresses that fit within my budget and reflected the description I had given her. The quality of dresses carried in the boutique made it difficult for me to make a decision, but she was extremely patient with me throughout the entire process and did her best to help me envision walking down the aisle. She never pressured me to make a decision and really wanted me to feel comfortable and confident with my decision. I took a few nights to think it over and she graciously let me come by and try on again before purchasing. I couldnt be happier with my decision and it was truly an amazing experience!

Something White Bridal Boutique made my "say yes to the dress" experience incredible. The consultants are patient, knowledgable, and passionate about helping brides. I appreciated having the opportunity to view and independently select dresses I initially gravitated to. I worked with Brittany who respected my preferences and offered valuable insight regayrding fit, alterations, and consideration to the season in which our wedding will be held. She pulled suggestions intermittently as the appointment progressed, and the dress I selected was one she pulled for me. She not only pieced together and found a dress that had all the features I hoped for, but noted the dress I purchased was the only one I commented "I love it." The shopping experience was a fun, comfortable, and collaborative process. I in no way felt as if I was working with someone eager to make a sale, but rather someone who genuinely had my best interest in mind. I sincerely cannot recommend this shop enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Something White (and Brittany Scott!!!). I started an ended my gown search at Something White, and Brittany made both experiences fun, stress-free and so, so special. She has made the boutique so warm and welcoming, and the service was absolutely unmatched by any other boutique we visited. Never did I feel pushed or pressured, but Brittany truly listened to what I had to say and helped me find a gown that was everything that I had been looking for. From start to finish, my experience at Something White was exactly what I had hoped shopping for my wedding gown would be. I had such an amazing experience at Something White Bridal Boutique. When I first walked in they had a custom sign with my name on it as well as the other brides who had appointments that day. I was greeted by Brittany who was such a sweet heart! The boutique was very clean and had so many dresses to pick from! Brittany was so patient and made me feel comfortable and beautiful in every dress I tried on. She went above and beyond my expectations. This was the first and only Bridal Boutique I went to. I had three other appointments that same day but canceled them all and bought my dress from Something White. Brittany poured us all champagne to celebrate and make my day even more special. I can not wait to go back for alterations!

After searching high and low through bridal shops around Kansas City and working with only 3 months to spare to find the perfect dress before my big day, I finally met my match with Something White Bridal! Brittany was absolutely amazing! She was kind and professional and sat and talked with me before we started and truly listened to what I was looking for in a dress. She took time to pull dresses she knew I would love. Of course, I fell in love with a dress there and could not go without. Brittany even went out of her way to meet with alterations with me so that we could be sure that they could do what I wanted to the dress. I had no idea what to expect when wedding dress shopping and was EXTREMELY nervous about picking places! This was the first appointment and it was everything I could have dreamed of! It is the type of experience you imagine when you picture picking out your wedding gown! Brittany and her staff were amazing and so helpful! The whole atmosphere was fun and relaxed, she chose gowns for me and didnt pressure me to make a decision. I went yesterday for National Bridal Day and found the PERFECT dress. It was my first time shopping for my wedding dress. I went on a whim because of the sales they were having that day. I actually scheduled a full appointment for August thinking I wouldnt possibly find anything that quickly. I couldnt believe how quickly I found a dress. I had SUCH a great experience at Something White. Not only is the boutique space awesome, but so is the owner! Brittany is so nice and you can tell she cares a great deal about making her clients happy.
