Worst experience ever. I live in Georgia and was coming home for my sister’s wedding. Was measured for the dress by the owner and when the dress was picked up it did not fit. Owner said that is what alterations are for. She would not take the dress back nor order the correct size. She said I must have changed sizes or had her order a smaller size than I actually was. She than had me overnight the dress at my cost of $80 to the store so it could be altered by their seamstress and ready for when I flew in a couple of weeks later. Arrived for the fitting and she asked me if I had brought the dress. They had the dress and did not do any alterations to it – so why make me pay to overnight it! Said alterations would be done and I could pick up the dress the Thursday before a Saturday wedding. I flew back for wedding, went to pick up the dress and do final fitting just in case it was not right. Needless to say it did not fit and was not the right length. I was so angry I could cry. The salesperson would not take any responsibility and I still had to pay another $120 for the alterations before they would let me take the dress. They still said my size must have changed and she asked me in order to prove her point if I wanted to be re-measured. I told her that yes I did. When compared to the original measurements - they were the same. I asked her to look up what size they should have ordered for that dress line and it was 2 sizes too small!!!! Still would not refund any money nor take any responsibility for the error. I ended up taking the dress because I had to do something and taking it to the seamstress that was doing my sister’s wedding dress. She was AMAZING. She was appalled about what happened and fixed it so I could at least wear the dress for the wedding. She would not let me pay a dime because EVERY woman should look and feel amazing in a dress and not have to go through that kind of treatment. I would have given this store no stars but that was not an option. I think the one star is very generous!

Our worst nightmare came true at this bridal shop! Our bridesmaid dresses didnt arrive until ONE WEEK AFTER the wedding. The bridal shop owner blamed it on the bride! No refund or anything was given, it was awful. The Bridal Shop a few miles away in Perham is phenomenal! Great customer service and also supports a local community! Also, Davids Bridal is a little bit of a drive but price is right and again, customer service is great!

New owner really amazing and helpful. She genuinely cares about her work and helping you find your very special dress. The only down side the was for me was the price was out of my budget and really expensive. But overall satisfied with the shop and its New owner.
