No appointment needed. You shop at your own convenience. Many bridal stores only show you the dresses they want you to see. At Bridal Elegance you can look at any dress you want to look at. HUGE selection. If they do not have what you are looking for it can be ordered. Prices are great. Many stores mark up the wholesale price by three or four times, but not this store. If you arent sure what kind of dress you want and need more help all you have to do is ask, The refund and cancellation policies are clearly posted at the store and also on the purchase contract. Rental items are cleaned after they are used and before they are returned to the racks. Sometimes people get items dirty when they are trying them on and the store has not had a chance to re-clean them.

To Mrs. Vernielle Street of Bridal Elegance...words simply arent enough. You not only came through on what gowns you agreed to originally, but stepped up to send even more every time i needed something. They were gorgeous! I hope I can do you justice by recommending everyone i meet that needs formal wear services to your bridal shop. Not only did you more than come through for me, Sassy Couture, and every model that wore your gowns, but you are just simply a lovely person. Thank you...you are a treasure!

The Sweet Nice Lady who runs this location has been nothing but kind, considerate, understanding when things are tough, and oh so very helpful with things. I have never heard a bad word or any thing from her never seen any type of hatefulness from her or anyone she has in there helping her. I will continue to go in there even if I dont need anything from her store just because she is so sweet and loving person.
