me dieron una buena referencia de este negocio de vestidos, pero es todo lo contrario. Trabajadoras groseras y corrientes. al principio eran muy amables. El caso es que el vestido que me vendieron estaba manchado y cuando les reclame, me dijieron que ya no podían hacer nada. Incluso la dueña no es nada amable y profesional. Solo les importa el dinero. No me quisieron dar otro diferente. VESTIDOS CAROS Y MANCHADOS. Mejor vayan a la Harwin, baratos y BUEN SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. si pudiera reportar el negocio lo haría. Les debería de dar vergüenza, especialmente a la dueña, que para ella el dinero de un vestido no le cuesta nada. si pudiera dar ZERO estrellas lo haría.

I had the most horrible experience!! When I placed the order for the dress they took measurements to order the correct size! The dress came in one size to small and they would do nothing! They overcharged a fee of $150.00 for nothing! they couldnt even think why they were charging that! But it was either pay up or loose all the money and the dress! In the package i bought i was told I would have the dress steamed and altered at no extra charge and what I received was a dress to small and completely wrinkled! They didnt even bag my dress I was left alone with a horrible, expensive, dress in the fitting room I had to get a garmet bag and bag it myself! I found a different store that heard my story and helped fox all this mess! All o can say is run dont shop there you will end up regretting everything from that experience!! And I wasnt the only one! Thru my process several moms had the same complaints but there was nothing to do! I would rate them negative stars but its not possible! One star is saying to much!

All the girls in the family have obtained their quinceañera dresses at Parisina. The ladies are very courteous and they possess outstanding customer service skills. I highly recommend this place with no reservations. Excelente servicio al cliente, alteraciones acertadas y la calidad de sus vestidos es muy fina. Altamente recomendado.
