If there was a negative button I would use it. They apparently like to follow very shaddy business pratices. I called this store on a Thursday and spoke with Maddie about a dress. I already know I want to order the dress, did not need to waste their time trying on a bunch let alone the dress I want to order, purely wanted to give them business - THE EASIEST sale for them. On the phone they told me the dress was $1500 and that they offered a 15% first time visit discount. Thats great since most places do offer that first time visit discount. I wasnt able to go over the weekend so I called back when they opened on Tuesday to schedule an appointment to get measurements and order. When I called back they told me the dress was $1900 and in lieu of the 15% discount they could sell me the dress at $1500 as thats what other stores have it listed at. I asked them why the price went up $400 and they didnt have an answer except "well its marked at $1900" (never answered why it went up $400 over the course of FIVE days). They would not honor the price of $1500 with 15% disocunt that Maddie told me originally. Oh but they would do a hallow to hem measurement to reduce alterations and give that for free when they usually charge for that measurement. Great, except that most places offer that for free anyway. EXTREMELY SHADDY!!!!! No way would I do business with a company that operates like that. Especially when other stores offer a discount on top of their listed $1500 price just like they stated they did but apprently they just jack prices up over weekends even though dress prices are set and pretty much never change once set. I will never send anyone their way & will highly discouge anyone to go there even if they have their dress priced the lowest as a result of these shaddy business practices (heck, they may raise the price before you get there anyway).

I dont even know where to begin with this review: I went to a few different appointments before arriving at Whittington. I found Whittington in my search for a particular designer. Months before my appointment I had called Whittington to discuss this designer. Whittington stylist Madison answered the phone. She spoke with me for nearly an hour, talking through their dress selections, my wedding ideas, and the special hat I had just bought on a trip to Scotland that I hoped to wear that day. Months later I come into my appointment and who meets me with a hug, a smile and a demand to see my Scottish hat? Madison! After a weekend of uptight stylists and pushy managers, Madison immediately made my family feel like part of the Whittington family. She treated my mom and MOH with respect and warmth and made sure they knew that SHE knew how important their role in this day was. She was the stylist voice I needed. She gave sight, specificity and power to the vision that was blurry in my head. She put me in a silhouette that I kept waffling on to prove that I would look beautiful in it and that moment was when I realized that that wasnt the style I wanted. Madison grabbed a dress that had been on my original list from months ago, even though I had forgotten about it. The dress was in a silhouette I had completely forgotten to even try on and she brought it in as a wild card. Im not an overly emotional person. I knew I was NOT going to have that "its the one" moment. But I put that dress on and I knew...I KNEW. I walked outside, stood on that platform and looked in the mirror. My mom cried, my MOH cried and I said yes to that dress. I know 100% that I would not have found my dress if it werent for Madison and Whittington Bridal. If youre only going to go to one store to look for your dream dress THIS is it, this is the store.

Wow, where do I even begin?? I had such an amazing experience at Whittington Bridal, starting from the moment we walked in. So much more relaxed and spacious compared to other places I visited previously. We were able to sit down with our consultant (which by the way, Morgan is wonderful!) and talk with her before being able to go "shop" on our own. My mom and I were given about 6 clips to put on the dresses I wanted to try, and it was so nice to be able to look around and not be rushed. I had my own private stage area which was huge! We were offered mimosas which we gladly accepted, and that just added to the relaxing experience. I was able to take my time and eventually ended up saying yes to my dream dress!! I actually had another appointment scheduled at a different bridal salon right after, and I was worried about getting fined for canceling at such late notice. Before I could even start to dial, the ladies at Whittington offered to pay the fine if there was one, and I was so impressed by that (thankfully there was no fine.) They are truly there to help you, and make your shopping experience perfect. We celebrated the occasion with a champagne toast and got to take so many memorable pictures that Morgan was happy to take the for us so we could enjoy the moment. There are so many great things to say about this place, these Aggie owners sure know how to make a bride feel special, WHOOP!

I went into the entire wedding dress shopping experience not knowing what to expect or how I would be treated. I went to 4 boutiques in total, and none of them gave me the initial impression that Whittington Bridal did. First, the boutique is beautiful, clean, well-organized, and spacious. It was neither crowded nor hectic, which made the entire process more calm and relaxing. You’re not just a number in this boutique, and everything felt more personal. Second, I was lucky to have Chloe as the stylist assigned to me. From start to finish, she gave me honest advice about everything from pricing to availability to scheduling to how I looked in the dress. She was an absolute joy to work with and so incredibly sweet, as I’m sure the other stylists are as well. Finally, this boutique is a MUST for anyone that is OCD. Chloe not only thoroughly explained the entire ordering process and upcoming alterations (never making us feel rushed or hurried at all), but she also was 100% on top of everything from an organizational standpoint. I went from feeling super confused about the whole process to knowing exactly what was going to happen and when. Overall, I highly highly recommend this boutique to everyone. Everything about the experience was positive, and they really make the effort to make the day special for you (including a champagne toast!). Huge shoutout to Chloe :)

I was driving around looking at other bridal salons and I had some tell me I was too big for their dresses and didnt want to help me ( I am only a size 12), then I had another salon tell me to go to the gym then come back and order my dress AFTER she squeezed me into a size 4. So I got in the car sad, heartbroken, and depressed. But when I plugged in wedding dress shops in my google maps this store came up. My mother and I decided to try it out and see what they had to offer. When I first walked in they were very nice and helpful, but sadly they told me I could only look today and set up an appointment if I found something I liked. Well my mother and I looked around for an hour or so when my mother noticed I kept going back to the same dress. She told me to go ahead and make an appointment. I was sad I couldnt try it on then it was so perfect. Well the owner noticed my attachment to this dress and told me to go ahead and lets have some fun. We tried my favorite dress on first and I loved it, but of course I tried others on as well. However, nothing compared. I BOUGHT THE DRESS THAT DAY! and I COULD BE HAPPIER WITH IT. It gets delivered mid december and I am SOOOOO ready. Whittington Bridal turned a horrible dress experience from other places into the best ever.
