Nice store lots of employees. I had to come twice because they would not give me a free Sim Card unless my name was on the account. The second time I came they gave it to me but the lady was not able to activate it so I had to do that when I got back. So overall the service seems to be about selling things.

At this store right now and have been here for over 2 hours. They refuse to resolve the billing issues that were caused to the sales rep providing me with false information. I have been left to fend for myself and I am furious.

I walked into the store with employees huddled in a corner watching funny videos on a device and not a single one greeted me as I walked in. Highly do not recommend this store. Yall some butt honestly.
