Horrible customer service! I purchased a shirt from the Burberry store in Las Vegas and attempted to return it here in Kansas City. You would think that I was a criminal from the treatment I received from both the clerk and manager. Lets face it, Burberry is not an inexpensive brand... I would have expected better service. They should lean from Nordstroms which has exceptional service. I will only buy Burberry clothing from Nordstroms.

Today was my first time going to this burberry and the customer service was beyond exceptional! I was greeted warmly and enjoyed talking to the staff. I have 2 kids under 5 and shopping isnt easy by any means but they were very understanding and the kids enjoyed our experience as well! They helped me with an issue that I had on a previous purchase and I am 100% satisfied with the outcome. I will be using this Burberry branch from now on.
