I upgraded my phone online but there was a mistake with the order. The order support representative told me that when the phone arrives, to take it to a corporate store to have it exchanged. I visited this store today, 11/25/2016, and the representatives told me they wouldnt assist me. I called order support and they told me that the store should help and to ask to speak with the manager. I did that and the manager also refused to help. He stated that the phone I originally wanted was not in stock and was on back order. The rep I spoke to before said it was. The manager lied to me and told me that the phone is out everywhere. When I pulled it up online to show him, he said he cant do anything about that and that the website and 3 reps that I spoke with were wrong. I called order support yet again and the rep spoke with an associate at the store. They still refused to help and just walked away, leaving me there. So I walked out the store. The rep that spoke with the associate was able to assist me but I will NEVER visit that location again.

Save yourself the trouble and take care of whatever you can online or over the phone. The employees do not want to work. I was trying to reserve a phone for pickup over the computer but due to poor internet connection I could not. So I called the store to do so... 6 times... with no response. The phone I was trying to reserve was the Galaxy Mega which has been out long enough that they should not be running out. I drove an hour to this store, which is the closest to me. And I drove there because I wanted the phone that day and did not wish to wait on it to come in the mail. The website showed that they had some in stock. When I arrived i was told they had sold out and that there was nothing they could do if the phones were not answered. Isnt customer service your job? So I will never, for any reason, go back to this store. If they do not care enough to answer a phone that is ringing constantly why should they care about anything else?

If zero stars were available i would rate this store with zero stars. I have been a sprint customer now for 2 years and have had to go into this store several times to correct billing issues and deal with phone replacements. If you are reading this review. Dont use sprint int he Longview area. You will be very disappointed... repeatedly... and constantly. As soon as my contract is over I am done. Its not worth saving 20 bucks a month to deal with these guys.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have called five days in a row, different times throughout, and not one call did they answer! Keeps hanging up or transfering to customer service. I have one question for them and hate having to drive 30 minutes to the store to get a statis update on their shipments. Then went to the store and they said they answer their phone calls, yet even customer service could not get in contact with them.

The service at this store is subpar. I have stood in line for an hour with no greeting from the associates. There is no sign-in sheet. When it was finally my turn, I was told I had to continue waiting because someone had an online appointment. Ive always had to wait an hour or more at this facility. More associates need to be hired. Also, the machine to pay my bill is not working. There needs to be improvement and soon.

Got new service with sprint and ended up with two bad phones. They tried to carge to swap the phones out and i only had them for maybe five days. They acted like it was a problem and ignored me after the sale was done, also was issued a credit on phones traided in and never got it or the phone i traided in. They said that i was not going to get the refund now. I would not recommend sprint as a cell phone provider.

This store is one of the worst in the division. I went there to get my plan changed to a less costly one. The lady told me about a promotion that was happening that would set me up for 3 lines for $130 a month, with unlimited everything. Each bill after it has been $200+ at least. This woman said she would be helping us but instead made us pay much more than we had previously. Do not go to this store.

This store has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They say one thing to you and then two seconds later it changes. Unless you have an easy to fix issue or are spending a lot of money they are rude, nasty and unprofessional. They need to seek new employees who have knowledge to assist customers, but who also have a passion for providing amazing customer service.

Horrible!! Its a couple days before Christmas and there is only two people in here working!! Nobody has acknowledged us or said hello or anything!! We have been here over thirty minutes and still have not talked to anybody. I knew exactly what I wanted when I came in the store and still nobody saw us!! This will be first and last time doing business here!!!!!!

DO NOT do an In-Store Pick Up, just have your order shipped. Ive now had to cancel two orders because of problems with their in store pick up service, a huge inconvenience that Im sure they knew about but failed to tell me. These issues shouldnt happen, especially for a company that desperately needs customers. Dont know if Ill be back.
