These people will rip you off. They sell used and broken junk that they make work on their property just long enough to sell it to you. Once you have their appliances in your house past 30 days they will do nothing to remedy anything that breaks... Everything they sold me has some type of issue. This place is really a scam operating as a legit business. They say "we test everything" Ya they test it but fail to mention they dont verify that is works 100% the way it should. If it powers on and runs its good enough for them to sell. I have nothing but headaches now because of their bogus, junk used appliances.

I bought my refurbished set about 4 yrs ago and still have it today. True it is not a fancy store, and the appliances look rough in the back; hello ... they are refurbishing them on site. I personally liked walking through the bone yard (lol) and picking the exact unit I would be receiving; instead of not knowing what was coming from some warehouse. The set arrived nice and clean and has worked wonderfully since with minor maintenance (come on people, belts wear out). Will shop here again.

They are false advertisement. They are not a wholesale store. They need to change their name to Texas Appliances. Dont add the wholesale. I called thinking they are a big company with alot of appliaces. Wanted to buy a large quantity to resale and the guy said they only sale 2 at a time and they cant fill our order. Why are you a wholesale and you cant fill our order. I vote CHANGE THE NAME!

I went there last week and ordered 10 sets off appliances to be delivered this week. I called them today and they said that they changed there mind on the price and they want $25 more for each appliances. I told him that I had an invoice with a set rate, he said his dad has mental issues and he doesnt care what the invoice says...

If you want a lifetime warranty go to a manufacturer not a reseller of used appliances.People do their best to give you a working appliance for the money you pay, if not spend more and get a new one: simple logic.
