The price levels suit all budgets. The quality is superior. The reliability factor is amazing. Promptness with a smile is rare. But you will receive it here.Jesse, the owner/proprietor, has a heart of gold. His word is honorable beyond belief. His incredible commitment to the community he serves, as well as his staffs goodness, reflects in his success level. Shop this store BEFORE investing elsewhere. Took my refrigerator in twice as it was not cooling or freezing each time cost me over $50 for each repair. Brought it home 2 weeks later wouldnt cool again so I just went a bought a new one. Few months later I take the refrigerator apart for scrap and I found how they fixed it. JB weld puddy that they did not let it dry as it was still soft. It was a cheap repair to have you come back in and work on it again and charge you AGAIN. COMPLETE RIPOFF! I have had friends bring in their stuff for repair just for it to break again less than a month later. Do not go here! Wasted over $130 on repairs that materials maybe cost $6 to repair.

Had a lot of issues with our first washer and dryer. Had multiple repairs and were ready to have them come pick it up and give us our money back. The customer service was awful. It turns out the guy we thought owned the shop was just and employee there. We were able to go in and talk to the owner and they said they have had a lot of trouble with this employee and let us exchange the problem washer for a newer and nicer set. We were pleasantly surprised after we talked to the right person.

I purchased from here over 7/8 years ago. Loved the price, service, and appliance. Dryer. My washer is out leaking now just waiting for them to open. They even pick up your old broken appliances for free. Love this store and the people!

There were some brief issues with one of the employees, but the lady that works there went out of her way to fix the problem. We really appreciate it, and we will definitely be going back to supply our rentals.
