Our refrigerator which came with our preowned home at time of purchase suddenly went out. We are a 1 income household and needed a fridge badly but, could not afford a new one. The owner of this place gave us an excellent deal on our stainless steel Whirlpool side by side door fridge. Weve had it for 1 1/2 weeks and have no complaints. The owner was a very kind man which we held conversation with for at least an hour after purchase. Good customer service means everything to me...so, I thought Id share our experience. We will definitely do business again with this company.

These are terrible pushy people. They sold me a very expensive refrigerator for barely less than Home Depot, then charged to deliver. Half the functions didnt work. The same day, when I asked them to come out and fix it they were inpatient and rude. A couple months later, something else broke, and they said I had to bring the refrigerator back to have them fix it in their shop. Then they wanted to charge me $400 to come out and fix it! This place is a nightmare and the people barely speak english. Do not go here.

This place is good at first. They will be very helpful and sell you a fridge that seems to be fine. They will promise you 90 days of in home repair, and a year warranty where you can bring the fridge back after 90 days. Then when you call their service department they try to charge you for everything, refuse to fix anything, and are extremely rude. I advise you not to purchase from this place. I had to file a complaint with the BBB.

Bought a brand new Maytag dryer for 300$, which was several hundred less that Conns and other appliance outlets. The employee was incredibly pleasant, helpful and most importantly she did Not try to oversell. I went in looking to spend 300$ and she showed me straight to that price range. For a small fee they also provide delivery (based on size and distance), but I gladly paid the 50$ extra for the hundreds they saved me.

They sold me a refrigerator that didnt work properly and then when I guy came to fix it he just said it was okay and added freon. Id recomend purchasing from either craigslist or buying new. Also, after I purchased it I saw it in Home Depot brand new for the same price. I should have just paid the tax at Home Depot.

The business hours say from 10 to 6 I showed up at 10 and waited 15 minutes afterwards on a Thursday and theres no one here. If they cant operate at their normal business hours then what does that say about their actual business. I wasted my time sitting out front of their store for no reason

i bought a Samsung white frechdoor refrigerator in January 2010..It has minor scratches but is a new fridge..i saved $700 instead of going buying it from Conns..It is working great..The owner is a really nice guy...You have to go check them out!!!!

They dont give prices over the phone! What kind of business is this? I live 50 minutes away and do not want to waste my time or gas driving to your establishment unless you have what Im looking for. What a joke. You wont be getting my business.

Salesman was pushy and said if I didnt buy the washer and dryer I liked today it might go up $500 bucks next time.i come back. Most stuff is used with scratches and dents. Ended up finding the set brand new at Sears on sale for same price.

I bought a washing machine and does not work! I call the company so that they return the money to me and told me that it is not possible, I need to take the washer back so they will fix it. I have2 jobs and do not have time for this....

I bought a stack washer and dryer in October. It works great. The owner even had good advise for hooking it up. They say youre not supposed to buy these appliances used, but I got lucky. Hope this good review doesnt jinx it.
