Dear appliance wharehouse, I wanted to say from the bottom of my heart I HATE YOU. I dont know what to do i tryed calling you many times you keep switching them and coming out and you dont know whats wrong i called the corporate office they couldnt fix it so this is my last effort. If you want to know why please keep reading. I have been renting from you many times. the first time was under my name it was amazing I rented for 2 years no problems then, I rented from you April 1st under my husband name the joke was on me you sent me appliance that looked like it had fell down the stairs then, you send me brand new appliances I was like great ok perfect.. I only live in that apartment for 15 days before I had to move to my current address and it went down hill from there. I have lived here for a month in that month I have had 5 "brand new out the box" washer machine non seems to be working. Let me give you my 1st example: I put dirty clothes in the whirlpool washer with unstoppable sent boosters and tide pods and they dont get dissolved. 2nd example i put my husbands work clothes that has dirt and mud on them because he works in the refineries and you know how they come out?... you guessed it! the same why when I put then in the only difference is they are a little wet no not soaking wet but damp. And for my 3rd and final example is I am a women I get my amazing time of the month where I get to bleed for 7 days uncontrollably. I think you know where am going with this but for the sake of me getting all the facts right let me tell you anyways. I wear tampons and they dont always catch everything or I get to busy because I am a stay at home mother of 2 that gets not 5 mins of me time I cant always change it when I want to and a bit of blood gets on my Victoria secret (not so secret ) little chickies so i go to put them in the wash after a long day of work which by the way never ends its a 24/7 job I expect the washer to do its part and clean my clothes because come on they are " brand new out the box" washer right hahaha NOPE they dont get the blood of and now am washing my Victoria secret underwear by hand at 1:16 in the morning.. having brand new out the box machines mean thats one less thing I have to do in stead of me standing here washing my panties I could be taking a shower but I cant because the washer I am renting from you dont work and non of your employees seems to know whats wrong with it thanks to you I dont trust whirlpool and I will not buy a washer or dryer from them now if you ask your self well how did you fine the time to write this letter that easy I have to stay up all night to make sure my husband clothes gets wash so I wash them 3 time first on heavy duty, 2nd on quick wash then my final on rinse and spin then I put them in the dryer and fall asleep because thank God the dryer works if any one from corporate reads this please contact me I would love to talk and sort this problem out have a wonderful night thank you for reading my letter. -Marylee Serrano

These people are a hot mess!! I wish I could give them 0 stars because the 1 star is extremely generous! The apartments I live in lease the washers and dryers from these people and I really wish they wouldnt. When I moved in they came and brought a washer and dryer. Washer doesnt work properly. Very loud scraping noise somewhere inside the machine. Someone comes out says oh it was just off balance its fixed now. Nope. Not. Had to be replaced. Now its taken me a month to get a working dry (Still as Im writing this review no working dryer) Scheduled someone on July 26th to come replace the first broken dryer. Timer broke so dryer wouldnt kick on. They were supposed to be here on Aug 4th, nope no show. Get someone scheduled again to come on out the 11th and the dryer gets replaced but surprise surprise this one has the same issue as the washer did. And whoever delivered that one decided it was okay to put holes in the walls while bringing it inside. Get someone scheduled to come out again on the 18th and I said it need to be replaced this is not fixable the same thing happened with the washer. Nope just a repair order. Guy says cant fix it someone will be here Monday or Tuesday to replace it. Well Monday and Tuesday come and go and nothing. I call and surprise surprise nothing is on the schedule to have it replaced so now I have to wait until the 29th for someone to come replace it unless the apartment manager can get these people to come out sooner. These people are horrible. If I could afford to rent from Rent-A-Center or Aarons I would cause this is just completely ridiculous. ***UPDATED*** So its now Sept 9th and I still dont have a working dryer from these people. The guy came yesterday and for whatever reason he left the broken dryer in the middle of my dining room, laundry door wide open, and the light on. I called them and after getting the run around from the CSR that answer I asked for a Supervisor who attempted to get the driver on the phone but he wasnt answering his phone, nor was he closing out his work orders so she couldnt track where he was by that. So my apartment manager finally got them to agree to come today Sept 9th to get the broken dryer out and a new one in by 2pm today. Lets see if it actually happens and with a workable unit.

This Appliance rental company was referred by my apartment leasing office. I have since told them to stop referring this garbage company. First, they came here and scratched the hell out of the floor in the utility room, then after filling up the washer with clothes and adding detergent, it didnt work, filled up about 1/4 of the tank with water and never turned on. Destroying about 6 of my shirts, from the non diluted detergent sitting on my shirts for hours with no movement or enough water to dilute it. (Yes I made sure the washer was set to a high level of water) Also, the drain hose had holes in it, which i didnt know until I walked through the kitchen to access the utility room to check on my clothes because I never heard to the beep to tell me it had finished, I walked through an inch of water, its a miracle I wasnt shocked to death. Needless to say I called them and told them to come replace it and give me a refund for the damage. They came to replace it, and this time the guy decides to wheel in the new washer on a dolly first, then place it directly in the MIDDLE of my new living room area rug. Not the Side, not the edge... BUT Directly in the middle of my 9 feet x 12 12 feet rug. I was happy for his sake that there was no damage done to my new rug. Once the old washer was removed and the replacement was installed. Once I used it, I noticed that my apartment started to smell like human feces. I went into my utility room, and odor was coming from the washing machine they just installed. So they were happy to replace my broken washer for once that worked, however smelled like feces when used. I went and bought a new washer and dryer from sears appliance. A company like this should not be in business. Im pretty sure this is some kind of scam they are running by over selling their inventory to get money and installing damaged / ruined washer and dryer appliances. I of course got a refund, but that is only a fraction of the total cost of my destroyed clothes. So for this experience Ive lost 6 shirts, almost had my $275 area rug destroyed, and my utility room floors scratched, which I can expect to be charged for by my apartments when I move out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
