Woah. Buyer beware! Moctezuma Appliances are practically riding the line of an illegal bracket. They "re-furbish" appliances, and sell the lemons as new and functional. After we recently purchased a fridge from them, it was only a matter of days before it wasnt working. I had to call them out on three separate occasions (and two incidents of having to throw away a full fridges worth of rotten food) within the first 10 days to attempt to fix our new purchase. After the third failed attempt to repair the fridge, the owner honestly told my husband and I to "sue him" as he couldnt care less about the issue, and it was our problem being an "as-is"purchase. In all my years as a consumer, I have never seen such a lack of integrity and complete disregard from a business owner towards his customers. A strong word of caution: youre rolling the dice when you shop here, and will ultimately have no recourse should anything go wrong with your purchase. This establishment is as sleazy as Ive ever seen in any industry.

Purchased a Washer and Dryer from this company 5 days ago. The washer leeks and the dryer doesnt get very hot. I contacted the company and they send someone out to repair twice in the same day and the units still are not working as promissed. We called them this morning and told them to come get them. They are still wanting to send someone out to try and fix the issues. The killer with this is we have purchased from them before and never had a issue at ALL!. Now, they dont want to take back the broken items and cancel our order. I hate saying this but their customer service SUCKS. If it doesnt work and you have made two attemps to correct the problem why not just take your items back. This tells me that they are only out to make money and not to fix a wrong.

RIP OFF. Please dont bother purchasing anything from this place. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Just wait until your washer or dryer breaks down (and trust it will); just expect to wait weeks for them to come out and fix it. You call them, they claim they will call you back and they dont. So you call again. And you call again. And then finally you think they will get someone out to fix the appliance and they tell you they wont have a tech available to come out for another few days. Please dont waste your time or your money on this company. And obviously Im not the only one who feels this way. Just go and read the other reviews.

He took away our old fridge and said it could not be repaired and he would give us an exact one to replace our broken fridge. He cashed our check the same night he delivered the replacement, and it does not have an ice maker (the main reason why we have a fridge in our garage since we play a lot of sports) and it never got cold, even after 36 hours! We called and he said hed send a man out to check it, but after 8 hours, no one showed up and no phone call or anything.

Plz dont even dare buying from this place. Bought a fridge from here not even 2 months yet and freezer stop working .I call and without troubleshooting ..he took a guess and came and replace a part on it .1and a half month later same problem and I called agian he came put freon and left ... now here I am 2 months later same freaking problem ..fridge still under warranty but I rather pay someone else to come troubleshoot the problem

Ive bought from this place before and I just did again. No problems what so ever. The only problem is the woman working the desk she is very insulting to my family and me by assuming that we live in an apartment. And when we were done with are purchase and paperwork she didnt even say thank you for your business or anything. My wife had to ask her if we were done. The guys however were awesome great attitude and very respectful.

If I could give this company a "0" no stars I would. They are a horrible and dishonest company. The units they sell absolutely do not work. I have received two sets of washer/dryers from them since I initially purchased and not one has worked nor did I even get the items I purchased the first two deliveries. Please do not waste your time on even stepping foot in this place. What a rip off.

Will garuntee that the appliance works and then sell you a broken appliance. Do not pay cash here. They say no refunds so that you then have to deal with the broken appliance and they get to keep your money. I would recommend not doing business with them at all.

These guys are scam artists! They sold me a broken fridge. They refused to fix it. We threatened charges and they came and traded fridge for another broken one. They refused to fix that one when only half of the freezer stayed cold. Do not buy from them.

Lied about when our appliances would be ready, lied about what appliances they were selling us. To top it off they were completely rude about it rather than apologetic, so weird. NEVER buying from them again!!

THIS GUY ARE THE BEST!!!!! HARD WORKING FAMILY AND THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS OVER 30 YEARS! EVERYONE HAS ISSUES BUT THEY DO THERE BEST TO SOLVE THEM NO ONE IS PERFECT! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Whenever I see negative remarks like this, I forward them to JUSTIFIED APPLIANCE. I bought several from them and they are the best! They have a 3 yr parts and labor warranty too!
