I noticed your ad today in the Contra Costa Times: a coy woman holding a wrapped gift and a bowl of Christmas ornaments (they usually go on a Christmas tree) and more gifts on the table. Yet you say "...prices for the holiday–". Holiday? What holiday are you talking about? Why dont you have the courage to use the real word "Christmas"? Christmas is a legal holiday. It is the "holiday" for which people decorate their home and Christmas tree; it is the holiday for which we buy gifts (and you are hoping at the Paragon outlets). More Americans by far ( I see you have other malls in other parts of the country) prefer to be wished "Merry Christmas" than "Happy Holidays". So take courage and call this holiday by its name, Christmas. Sincerely, Joan S. Hamblin Danville, CA 94526 p.s. I travel fairly regularly to Stockton, Brentwood and Byron to see family. If you change your ways (your ads), I will even stop at Paragon Outlets. p.p.s. And you know what? Christmas is a LEGAL holiday. So what are you afraid of?

There are mainly only clothing shops here and nothing else. A few jewelry stores, perfume, sunglass, and kitchen stores but no good electronic places (other than one niche specialty audio store thats way overpriced for the quality), book or toy stores for younger crowds. This severely limits your shopping ability if your hoping to make one stop, say for Christmas shopping, or birthdays, etc. Also the food court is horrible, with several places that have been shut down by the county for failed health inspections only to reopen several months later. Other, more quality places, have come and gone just bc of low foot traffic failing to keep them open, so all that have survived is the bottom of the barrel restaurants. You would be lucky to not get sick from eating at these places, trust me, I have and it wasnt fun.

The Reebok is truly the reason to go!!! Great customer service. Sales associate Ms Roberson is truly amazing! Super funny, excellent customer service. Extremely knowledgeable of the products and what could work best for my needs. Very attentive to every person on the floor as well as putting her stock out at the same time. I seen that she listens, and keeps options at hand for you. She clearly has a special way of helping each person that walks through that door. My experience was excellent I cant wait to go back! Clean store! Was able to see everything! Prices were great, the set up of the clothing makes sense, shoes were neat as well. Certainly lots of options for socks, workout accessories. Truly a place where my family and I would definitely be visiting soon.

Large variety of stores. My 2-star rating is because all the shops face the center of the courtyard area and you cant tell from the backs of most stores. So, my disabled/retired mother and my own disabilities made it falls a very hard, physically taxing day. There are only a few cutouts to the parking lot, so we did a lot more walking than anticipated. I am glad we got there early because it was becoming a mob scene when we left. I go for the Easy Spirit store. I would increase my rating if they had signs out against the sidewalks with a store index and map, so people could more easily tell what section they need to help in.

A VERY DECENT PLACE TO SHOP! Theres just nothing really all that overly exciting or amazing about it, is why I dont rate it 5 stars. However, I would give it a 4.5 star rating if it were possible. Id most likely give The Parks Mall (the closest and most similar shopping) a 3 probably. Its the better place to go if you want to do more than shop. Like see a movie, go ice skating, and stuff like that. But if youre looking for a better shopping experience, with better service, a better selection, better pricing, and a better overall vibe to the place, the outlet mall in Grand Prairie is the place to go!

This outlet mall has not reached its potential. I know I sound like one of "those" girls, but hear me out. It does have a Vans, Nike, Oakley, Fossil (no clothes, just accessories), True Religion, Lucky, and a couple of other stores that you would actually go to an outlet for. In between that, youre just walking, passing stores you wouldnt care about. It is a pretty small outlet, though. Theres a couple stores that have really cheap clothing, and I dont get why theyre outside a mall. Thats not what an outlet is for.

A new and extremely underrated outlet mall, the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets will provide you with a diverse, impressive mix of many different stores. This outlet mall is a mastermind when it comes to which companies they should bring in, and architectural schematics. I love the arrangement the premium outlets, and a great mix of places like Nike, Columbia, Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger, etc. reveals a near-perfect market strategy. The provided maps are fantastic and there is better-than-most signage at this place!

Absolutely love this place. Best place for shopping. The reason because you get tons of discounts compared to the pricy mall stores. The clothing shops are up to date with the season and very cheap too. During the change of season or vacations there will be a ton of deals on designer clothing. Go for it. Please be advised this complex lacks proper food compared to parks mall. There are very less food stores open. But if you just want to shop till you drop this is the place. Best bang for the buck.

Store were good. Food court was horrible. Small selection. One man working at roostertia. Was on his phone taking care of customer in front of me then disappeared into the back until I finally gave up and went to great wraps. Great wraps had only one worker too and it took me 20 minutes to get food. It was not great tasting and in fact my two kids got sick that night. Others in our group ate at Chinese food and it was Horrible. We will shop at the mall but not eat!!!

Fantastic little outdoor outlet mall with a wide arrange of stores, perfect for shopping for yourself or for a gift for others! There are big names such as Nike, Reebok, Coach and Michael Kors. Look closely enough and you can definitely find some steals here; and there is plenty of parking as well! Pro tip: The food court is as what youd expect, but just drive down a few minutes to the Arlington Highlands for some finer places to eat!

Parking is less than Ideal. I give the Parking Design a thumbs down. This is like an outdoor type setting for an Outlet Mall. The walkways are outdoors. They do have name brand retailers but dont expect Outlet store prices like you would at Grapevine or way out in Forney. A nice Shirt at I-ZOD can run you $60 or more. Haggar has some good deals. The shops are nice, but most of the prices you would find comparable to any Mall.

It looks like the employees park the closest to the mall. Not everyone but most. This is most unfriendly for customers. There are simply not enough stop signs. I have been almost hit 3 different times in one day. The parking is totally bad. With employees parking close to the mall and the reduced number of spaces the mall will hurt from customers just leaving. Otherwise it is very attractive with great quality stores.
