Dont shop here. The people who own this place are racists that take advantage of people by making them work extra. Golden triangle mall doesnt accept people and discriminate people based on their race. They only want to take your money. Besides these facts, the place in dirty, food is gross, employers have bad attitudes and the whole atmosphere is just unbelievable. There isnt any room to walk around and the parking lot is a disaster and did I mention is right next to a highway? Theres always accidents happening and hardly any police officers doing anything. Dont shop here until they get it together and make it a better place for our kids. There are big gangster wanabes walking around the mall, intimidating the people and ruining the peace. Who has control of this place anymore? The stores also refuse to sell you anything until you show them proof of residency to shop. So, they rather have proof than take my money? Fools, I could go to better places with far more options like Galleria in Dallas. From past experiences I will never buy again from Golden Triangle mall until they change their attitudes. No compren aqui. Este lugar es terrible y las personas que venden son racistas.

Im used to going into Torrid which is a great place mind you. But I was having trouble with my card since it was all messed up and had to wait on my new one. They told me at Ross and Charlotte Rouse that I couldnt use my card. One of the employers at Ross got it working Im guessing she knows how to do the manual input and no one else did. The lady who kept trying to kick me out the line was telling me there was no way to put in my card. Are you serious? Theres always a way to put in a card manually YOU just dont know how. Anyways, 10 minutes pass after being in line for like 20 at Ross and the black chick got it working. But then Charlotte Rouse was just, "Theres no way to put it in manually because our systems was updated." Are you serious, right now? I was trying not to start trouble because I was with my sister at the time for a girls night out and you pulled this on me. I just filed a complaint. Hopefully this wont happen to someone else who has this problem. Learn how to use your systems. Its not cute no matter how much you might be. But otherwise, 3 stars. They were nice, just not trained in this matter. I hope my card never gets this bad again. Torrid, we cool though.

Although the Golden Triangle Mall has undergone extensive remodeling it really looks a lot like a bandaid on a gunshot. Some of the anchor stores such as Macys, Dillards, Sears, and to a lesser extent JC Penneys are all original. They have rearranged and run off several stores that were decent, including the now missing Hallmark Store. Instead you will be greeted with stand after stand of import garbage being sold at name-brand retail prices with overly pushy sales people that dont understand the words not-interested. If you want to buy cell phone accessories or questionable quality merchandise then this may be the location for you. The food court are was looking like it would be a great thing, however they only have two restaurants in there and sadly the Mexican restaurant is no more. Honestly, it is time to bulldoze the whole building and try something similar to the Shops of Highland Village. Cant wait till Rayzar Ranch is finished just minutes North of GT Mall.

This mall is sad. There arent a lot of stores and each one pretty much sells all of the same stuff so if you visit one store and dont see what you want, chances are none of the other stores will have it either. I went to look at maternity clothes at J.C. Penny and I was told by the staff there, and a few other stores that they dont sell maternity clothes.... If you are planning to visit, eat before you come because there is a "food court" but your choices are either old, greasy pizza or MAYBE Americanized Asian food. Those were the only two restaurants there when I, ravenous, went searching for food at the "food court". It was about 2:00pm and the "Asian" food place wasnt even open. I think for something to qualify as a food court, it should have more than two restaurants.

I have a few criticisms . Number one. In a town that has a really large population of people who ride bicycles they dont have one safe place to lock a bike. Number two. Denton isnt like Lewisville or Alan or any of these commercial styled malls. If you should sell something from big corporations it would be American Appeal, Urban Outfitters, maybe some organic food concepts or healthy food. The Owner of Start Real Fast Food in Dallas wants to expand. Try to get him into the mall. And a non corporate coffee shop would help too. No Petes and really not Starbucks. Its an indie rock culture and the mall reflects none of that. And thats why the stores go out of business.

On November 22, 2016, I was at the mall when an unexpected issue occurred, I didnt have my phone with me, and decided to ask security for help, when I saw him in Barnes and Noble. I later learned his name was Fritz, and I never caught the name of the female security that helped as well. The problem that occurred really doesnt matter, its the fact that the two of them stayed with me until my situation was solved. This really meant more than they could possibly know, and reflects very positively on the mall!! Thanks again guys, and I hope Matt brings this to your attention!!!! Hope to see you around the mall.

The Mall is well-maintained and has good anchor stores (Macys, Dillards, JCP, Sears and Barnes & Noble.) I think the theater is a $1 type theater but I havent actually seen any movies there. There is a small food court and the Greek restaurant is very good. I frequent the Mall mostly for the Zales store. The smaller stores are about 50% known retailers like Payless, Pink and now a brand new Victorias Secret. The other 50% is small local business owners and Asian nail and massage salons. Its a very good, functional Mall and I would be very inconvenienced if it werent there.

The manager at this mall is amazing I tried to take my phone in to the cell phone repair inside. The owner tried to do a bait-and-switch on me. I proceeded to leave and the owner of the establishment followed me into the mall while yelling at me. This is not allowed in any mall I would give less stars but the manager of the mall came out immediately and helped me and my girlfriend by reprimanding the store owner the mall is ran by A very great man that does his job and goes above and beyond what he needs to do. Or what any manager Ive seen in the past has done at a mall.

This isnt a mall, its a flea market. Theres still some name brand stores here and there, but most stores have been replaced by made-in-china junk stores and no-name fast food places with kiosks blocking the walking spaces in between. All of them have an aire of "fly-by-night / scam / whatever you buy here will be overpriced and fall apart after you walk out the door" about them that makes you hesitant to do business with them. The customers wandering the mall are nice, but the vendors look at you in disgust most of the time.
