My family LOVES this mall! The restaurants are great, and they have so many of my favorite stores. My daughters love the carousel, and the play area. However, I was very disappointed yesterday with our visit. The play area is closed at 2 for cleaning. Yay! They clean it! They even had a security officer standing there to prevent people from entering anyway. Very nice! We finished our shopping and went back to the play area. It was very crowded with children and their parents. Now, it was raining, and it IS a great place to bring your SMALL children. Now, my daughters are under the age of two. There is a sign posted at the front that CLEARLY states that the play area is for children under 42 inches. It was a mad house! There were several older children (at least 7-10 years old) standing on top of the objects, and jumping from one to the other. Now, my MAIN concern is safety! First, they are going to get hurt; and second, they may hurt another child. After asking several of them to please stop (because apparently their parents are not going to), I called the mall security. Waited about 10 minutes. Called again...and waited another 20 minutes. Never saw a single security officer. I finally just left! I have to drive 45 minutes to get to this mall. If I have to call the security office in the play area....then there is a problem!!!!! Especially if they NEVER show up to correct the situation. They can stand guard while its being cleaned, but they cant show up when its uncontrollable? And if you are a parent that brings your older childs to the play area....shame on you! Go to McDonalds to let your wild kids run crazy!

Large and solidly middle to upper middle class suburban style shopping mall in a pricey, desirable and safe neighborhood. Lots of stores to choose from, play area for kids, and a skating rink thats very popular, especially for youth sports. This mall is extremely popular and always packed with teenagers and families with children, so expect that crowd. Weekends are packed usually. Very limited covered parking garage which is mostly valet, so expect to park in the sun, rain, or snow depending on the season. Typical mall fast food court, but there are plenty of restaurants to choose from not far from the mall area. Grounds, restrooms and maintenance is usually ok, but can be hit or miss due to the huge amount of foot traffic and amount of teens and children everywhere. Kiosk based sales people can get very annoying. Lately, more of the higher end stores have been replaced with off-brand start-ups and no-name shops or even empty storefronts. Most of the upscale stores have left for Willow Bend Mall or the Shops At Legacy. Last I saw, a hair extension place, imitation perfumery and several no-name cheap clothing shops had opened up and looked very temporary. It almost looks as though this place is in slow decline so to speak. With new corporate campuses being built, hopefully this trend reverses itself. If you dont have small children or teens, Id likely suggest Willow Bend Mall, The Shops At Legacy or Galleria Dallas for hassle free shopping. But if you do have little ones or teenagers, you really will love it here as its perfect for families with children.

I am a future soldier of the United States Army. I was trying to recruit prospective high school and college students in this mall, but they told me that they categorize this as a soliciting, and they told me I am banned from handing out my recruiters business cards. Also I heard that they have a record of asking an uniformed military personnel to leave after receiving some complaints from different muslim individuals. The management and the owner of this mall has no support nor respect for the United States Military. Also I am banned from this mall for telling other people to vote for Donald Trump, because some Sanders supporters felt uncomfortable at me telling them this. This is a direct violation of my 1st amendment rights since I was not causing any disturbance. They have right to kick me out, however, I also have right to leave them a terrible review.

Because this mall has very good size and has more things than a mall, it is very good place to go out for social over the weekend. On the other hand, it is close to Dr. Pepper Arena plus Friscos scenary street, so many sports, hotel and restaurants around, it is very pleasant place for people hanging around all the time. This mall is very fit with Frisco, TX because of the sports, restaurants, hotel, young people, weather and full of energy town. Winter and snowing/raining is much better than outdoor mall (StoneBriar Mall also has lots of outdoor stores and restaurants nearby). I would like to rate Stonebriar Mall with 5 stars (give me the overall feeling). However, Google seems keep change my rating to no star. There is nothing more that I can do so that I have to mention my rating 5 star here.

Got my ears pierced the other day at Icing and the experience was AWFUL. The lady seemed super annoyed to be helping me, or to be there in general. She was rude, impatient and unclear with her information. She rushed through piercing my ears which made them ACHE like never before and they are CROOKED. Ive had my ears pierced many times before but my experience and pain has never been this bad. I think her name was Miranda or something like that. Just a warning, dont go here for ear piercings if this chick is working. They shouldnt have someone with such a bad attitude working there anyway imo. Other employees in the past who pierced my ears have been fantastic though.

Mall is great,I love it.but very disappointed
with Banana Republic.got an email on Friday, saying 40% off for members in all 3 stores(gap, banana, old navy)went to banana on Saturday, they said no sale for us today, our sale starts tomorrow(even though I showed the email from them)so put the purchase on hold, and went on sunday to pick up but again another sales person tells that they don't have any 40% off even that day, banana republic does not honor the email even though many people have come in and asked about it. I didn't find it funny........

this is a very high end shopping mall in the Dallas Fort worth area. it has almost every high end store that you can think of. except that there is a lack of some common popular stores and the restrooms and food court were a little dirty. some of the kids in the mall were pretty noisy. not the kind of environment that I want to be in. and the chick fil a in the food court is the best chick fil a that I have ever eaten. I have been eaten at that one for 9 or 10 years, and they always give me nice and fast service and call me what I want to be called.

Went to stonebriar with a college group back in 2014. Mall has every major national chain imaginable. Only thing is, this mall is so large it takes almost 10 minutes to get from one side to the other. Has escalators & elevators everywhere so that makes it easier on the feet. If coming to a mall this big & youre unfamiliar with most of the chains, it might take you a few hrs just to window shop. I was only here for 2 hrs & I didnt get to visit all the stores I planned to. 2x bigger than my local abilene or sunset mall.
