I purchased a $1400.00 watch for my husband as an anniversary present. The Salesman Richard was very nice and helpful. However shortly after purchasing the watch the back popped off one morning. I was told to send the watch back to the store and it would be sent it for repair. I went above and beyond to protect the watch for its short travel from Oklahoma City to Dallas as well as placing $1500.00 in insurance on it. I was contacted roughly 2 weeks later and was told by Richard that the watch had been damaged so badly that it caused the watch to no longer be round which is why the back of the watch would not go back on. I was also told that the watch would not be under warranty and I would have to pay $600.00 to repair. My husband works at a desk and he has a extensive watch collection of very expensive watches. He had worn this watch only a handful of times. If there is something wrong with the watch it was a defect from the beginning. If the watch so badly damaged that the shape changed there would have been some sort of visible damage to it which there was not. If I had purchased a watch for my husband at Walmart I would have possibly expected such treatment. However, I did not. I am surprised and very disappointed with the manner that not only myself but my husband have been treated. My husband walked a short distance down the same day I made this purchase and purchased a Tiffany watch for me. The back is still on and it works beautifully. Gucci, you need to improve the way you do business. My husband and I have three businesses and we deal with the public. I would never dream of treating a customer in such a disgraceful manner.

Beautiful place to shop in the heart of North Dallas. Wonderful staff, parking attendants, concierge services and amenities. Atmosphere during the holidays is second to none, with the biggest indoor Christmas tree in the country. Large skating rink and two food courts, along with several upscale restaurants and plenty of sweet shops and cafés to choose from to treat yourself. The first floor is upscale boutiques, the second floor is middle to upper income shops, and the third floor is for the blue collar and working class. Never any safety issues or shady characters thanks to excellent security which also acts as great customer service should you need directions or help finding your favorite store. Free WIFI throughout and a diverse crowd representative of the wide range and selection of stores. There is really something for everyone here. Can be extremely busy and packed during holidays, and fairly steady during the weekends. Lots of comfortable leather chairs and seating throughout to take a break and recharge yourself. Special events and features keep this place interesting so make sure and check the dates to ensure you dont miss out.

If youre visiting the DFW area and youre interested in visiting a mall here then you wouldnt go wrong visiting the Galleria (FYI, Grapevine Mills and NorthPark Center are not terribly too far from this mall and also worth a look). The biggest advantage that the Galleria has over other malls in the area is that its iconic and it has a nice mixture of stores available here. Youll find conventional mall stores like Hot Topic/Old Navy/Forever 21 with higher end stores like Tiffany & Co. Probably the biggest problems youll have with this mall is that its a little tricky to get into (parking/traffic) because its settled in-between several hotels/buildings and not laid out like your ordinary mall, the area around the mall is not bad but dodgy (dont leave valuables exposed in your vehicle), and as far as I know there is no movie theater at this location (there is a theater nearby, but just go to Grapevine Mills if going to a movie is important for you -30 screens-). Anyhow, the pictures tell a lot about what you can expect with this mall and if it looks like something youd be interested in then check it out.

Went to Galleria mall in Dallas and visited Luciano Resturant which is located inside he mall together with wife and two small kids on 12.19.2015 WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE ! My wife took a table since our kids were so tired and the manager ,short guy with strong accent , yell at them to stand up and leave the table while I was standing on the line . I asked the wanna be big shot manager If we could take a table and order food , he pushed me aside and said stay in the line Never saw such an unprofessional behavior like this The place is dirty , food is expensive and the manger has absolutely no manner ,He even refused to tell me his name !If you have similar problems contact Luciano management online directly ,just google them and you will find them . Before you spend your high dollar in such place read the reviews Will research who is the real owner and contact the cooperation and submit a written complain Thai place is horrible , spend your money in a place where you are treated with respect Its a shame for galleria mall to have such scam establishment inside

The Galleria Dallas is a shining example of retail shopping at its finest. A must-see for anyone seeking a memorable experience well visiting the Metroplex. With its Hotels, fine cuisine, and name brand shopping, there is a little bit of everything for anyone and everyone, with all tastes being accounted for. With name brands such as Neiman Marcus, Swarovski, Rolex, and Gucci, Hollister and Company, American Eagle Outfitters, and more, a visit to the Galleria Mall is assured to be a memorable, and pleasurable experience for the entire family. With four levels of shops, food and various businesses catering to your every need one could easily get lost in the galerias luxurious interior for hours on end. So come on down to the Galleria Mall to bump shoulders with celebrities and the like for experience unlike any other, and while youre there be sure to visit one of my favorite shops Uno de 50 where you are guaranteed to make your friends envious, and find one of a kind jewelry designed in Spain, and while youre there be sure too tell Marc that Ben sent you.

Went there around beginning of April to look for Adidas sneakers. Never been in a mall where at the entrances there is no guide to show you where stores are located inside the mall. Finally found the sign guide (store location map) and found the Champs only to find out they were on a lower level due to renovations. Located in such a small area, almost could not locate it. When I turned around to leave, the small sign caught my eye. My biggest complaint about this mall is getting into parking was no issue but finding the exit was a complete nightmare. The signage was so contradictory that I felt like I was in a maze. I have been to many malls and parking garages and never experience such a nightmare to get out of as this one was. If you do not like to waste gas trying to find your way out of a parking garage and do have access to Dart, use it. The headache of trying to find your way out of this place is worth the money to use Dart. Exit signs and lane blockage is truly pathetic.
