My insurance requires me to use CVS, so every time I try and use them it ends up being a big fiasco. They always claim my Dr never sends over the RX but since switching Drs I still get the same story from the pharmacy. I have been in pain for the last 2 days trying to get them to fill a prescription they claim to have never gotten 4-5 times and now that they have the RX they are out of the medicine and dont know when they will get any more in. This is about the 4th time in a row that this has happened to me. If you dont have to use CVS I would stay away from them.

Called Saturday and they had the tyfloid I need for a mission trip. Its Monday, and they dont have it! They said they put my name in it and they told me they gave it to someone else. Also the people at the pharmacy arent doing there job, the lady at the counter is helping us but had a question for her boss and the boss lady is not attending to her and helping anyone. Main lady in the pharmacy department should be fired, her name is sandy. And she sucks at her job. The only person that helped is Kelsey and she was very helpful.

Just waited for 45 min in line for an Rx for my son. I got to the window and they said they didnt fill it because it cost $24 and "medicaid wouldnt cover it." So they didnt even prepare it, or call me to let me know. I am upset. My son has been ill for a solid week and I give her my credit card, but then she said "no let me run the insurance again" GUESS WHAT! ? It was accepted. Then Im told to wait through their ridiculous line AGAIN while its prepared. They were rude. They lied. They wasted my time.

I just went inside to tell staff that the Redbox outside was broken. BUT... two things happened which really got my attention! First - I immediately noticed that there was only one staff member visible. Second - While I was telling the staff member about the broken Redbox, I realized I was speaking to the woman I wanted to marry! No kidding! Shes very professional, shes very attractive, she speaks with an Australian accent and shes EXACTLY what would happen if God allowed me to build a woman!

Good place to get your prescription meds from. Customer service is good and thats a plus in this day and age. So, OK, prices may be a bit high, but quality and customer service make up for that. Ill be patronizing CVS/Pharmacy here until they either close or I die! Good place.
