Seems like a pretty poorly managed store. I tried to order a very simple print job (25 color copies on cardstock) online. The online ordering system for this store offered 24lb and 80b paper, so I chose 80lb. I called the store to see if they could cut the pages into quarters for me and the guy on the phone said he "didnt see a paper cutter anywhere" so I should try another store. I wanted to ask if he actually knew what equipment they had besides what he could see at the moment, but its also pretty confusing that a UPS store doesnt even have a small, self-service paper cutter. Anyway, I submitted my order & figured Id cut it myself. Didnt get a confirmation on when itd be ready, so I called back. Turns out they dont even have 80b paper, only 24lb, and they left it up to me to get in touch with UPS customer service to cancel my order and get a refund. COOL THANKS.

Well they deserve a star for accomplishing the task at hand by sending a few documents for me... however, and this is when the other four stars went. I walked in and immediately noticed disgusted glances from employees to customers including me. The employees act like they dont like their jobs or care for the customer. I was Helped by a man named Ricardo, and while he was helpful to me, it was the actions of the other employees while attempting to make a transaction. Ricardo I do not blame you, but i hope you do not behave in the same manner as your co-workers when you think the customer is not watching... I Think this place need to think about cleaning shop, maybe get rid of people who are losing this business money? I for one, will not be coming back.

EDIT: I am adding one star to this review because after posting, the owner was very persistent in following up and addressing customer service concerns. I believe that if he continues with such a proactive attitude and his staff can begin to treat all customers with respect, I may even be able to further increase this rating and share positive experiences as well. This store is in a convenient location for our office, so we use them for our business shipping. We have had terrible experience after terrible experience. The store has changed management and it hasnt significantly improved. Basically, if theres another store you can use, do it. This place is not worth it if you can at all avoid it.

Horrible customer service. UPS lists them as a location where you can have packages delivered. I had a package sent there and they refused delivery and did not make arrangements to contact me for re-delivery. They sent it back to UPS to sit for 3 days. When I called them they said they had no information about my package, they just print labels send packages. That is a lie because Ive had packages sent there before. The new folks running the store are very condescending and even told me I should move to safer neighborhood if I feel my stuff is at risk (which is ironic, since he spoke with a foreign accent). Avoid this store at all costs.

Christmas present damaged in delivery. We took out the extra insurance. It was appropriatly wrapped and fragile stickers on the outside of package. Three months later this store claims that it was just wrapped in paper so therefore will not honor the insurance claim. So basically, you are at your own risk with this location. Dont bother to take out extra insurance. No Christams present for our children. No more of our business!

Went into store to mail back a package via UPS with a preprinted label. Guy working counter refused to accept it and demanded that I use his computer at another fee to print out another one. I left store and just saw a UPS driver who scanned my ticket from UPS and accepted my package. I feel like they are looking for any reason to charge you extra fees. I will never go back to this store.

The location is a bit difficult to get in and out of with only 4 available parking spaces but you can park on the curb on the side street if you need. The staff here is very friendly and always helpful and in the year that I had my box I never had any issues. One of the employees Mik was also really cool dude help me out in a pinch.

Please dont listen to the reviews about these guys being "rude." Ive used this location for several years BECAUSE they are NOT rude. In fact, all of the workers are extremely helpful, polite, go above and beyond for each customer. It feels like they really know you. I love this location!

AWFUL customer service! These people have lost multiple packages, they are rude and unprofessional. I paid for a mailbox here so packages dont get stolen and these people have managed to lose multiple packages and have no desire to assist with a resolution.

The gentlemen at the register are unhelpful and extremely rude. I would highly suggest going to a different location or with another shipping company altogether. Expensive and rude is not a good combo. Stay away from the 34th street location.

I went here to drop off an oversized parcel mail order return. The staff was helpful and courteous and even gave my young daughter a dolphin sticker. I enjoyed this transaction.

They charge you $2.50 to print out a return label. $2 to access the label and then the cost of printing. I can understand the latter, but former is a ripoff
