This is the most inadequate pharmacy I have ever experienced. I asked them three times to order me a prescription from a certain lab. The first time they got it wrong and tried to sell me the wrong one. The second time I went back they still tried to give me the wrong one. The third time I called them to make sure they got the right one and the said they had and when I got there to pick it up they had already sold it to another customer! I was appalled! Not only that, but as many times as I had to call, there was not once I didnt have to hold for at least 10 to 15 minutes before someone would even answer the phone. When I first moved to Granbury 7 years ago I had my prescriptions transferred to them and they were horrible then, I see nothing has changed. I will never use them again! Kroger has always been good to me and has very friendly and helpful people in the pharmacy, I will stick with them.

I dont think l will continue to shop at your store. I witnessed something unlike anything Ive ever witnessed yesterday in your pharmacy. I would never want to be treated like these two ladies were treated. The cashier in the pharmacy was way out of line with them and I believe it was in frustration with the computer systems not working properly. I gave them my number as a witness if needed. May God Bless them and hold them in His arms as she recovers from her procedures.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been in. I first went there over a year ago and after being treated rudely and waiting excessive time on multiple occasions and then given someone elses medicine with no apology from them, I quit going. Now because of my insurance I tried them again hoping they had improved. They are just as bad! I dont know how Walgreens lets this go on for so long. Im about to start driving to Stephenville for my prescriptions.

Hands down the WORST pharmacy! Zero customer service. Rude, rude, rude! They dont care if you ever get waited on. And when they do finally wait on you its like you have inconvenienced them. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be ready. Every time I drive through, no matter if there is 2 cars in line or 10, Im going to be there 45 minutes. DONE! Taking my business elsewhere, even if it costs twice as much!!!!!!

Definitely in need of more staff with frequent customer service training. Adequate staffing and interpersonal skills have proven to improve not only customer satisfaction but also employee retention and dedication.

I actually drive from Stephenville to Granbury, just because their this Walgreens is that much better. Even the pharmacy staff is USUALLY much more professional and courteous.

Staff is very friendly, store is clean and well stocked. The only drawback is that the drive through is EXTREMELY SLOW. If you want fast pharmacy service, go inside.
