Took down all the scanners so u cant see how much stuff really is since they claim 80% off tgwn we went all aroi d down stairs and up and no one was at the registers. IF i was a thief i could have walked out with the 2 shirts but i saw employess walking by and im like may i please check out and out of nowhere a girl pops out from 2 feet away.

I went to this store this weekend to purchase school clothes for my child, one of the machines were done. The line was long. So they went with a hand held machine in which they could not get that working. Four people later i was at a manual cashier...UGH waste of 20 minutes

I love this store for everyday casual wear. I wanted some khaki pants and some new jeans. JC Penny had fantastic prices on Levi jeans and Dockers. The store was clean, the staff was helpful, and the prices were right. I will be back.

Standard products that you would see at every J.C.Penneys. But the maintance was sub-par, they had some bathrooms that needed more regular clean up. Check out was a bit different but the cashier was very friendly.

If you have kid I think dont go to this store. Because if your kid doing something wrong the people at this store will mad . They are really rude. I wont go again
