Update: Default judgement. I am still waiting for repairs after two months. They have been saying my mower was "stolen" and their insurance would contact me. When I called today they "had no idea what was going on". I suppose the next step is a lawyer or filing a suit in the justice court. I dont know how to rate someone that has not done anything. Update: Default judgement dated November 26, 2014, Cause number 3SC-14-0189, Justice court Pct. 3, Williamson county, for $1,500 plus $181 court costs with 5% interest until paid. Somehow I gave them a star. It should be a black star or stars. Stay away from this place.

they will get you for 70 off the top even with a warrenty from stupid Asurion told them what it was they picked up in lampasas and told me what i already knew tried to get me for 180 i said no then to get it back they charged me 70 to take the blade off really??? I paid looking toward the bbb now and asurion to make it right ohh and i drove to pick it up 4 weeks later!! People are nice tho lol

So here is the deal. If you are looking for something to get fixed quickly and for the people to be super polite, this isnt the place. However, I have been there dozens of times and they sold me parts as well as helped me fix it myself, and that to me is more valuable than going somewhere else paying $200 and getting scammed while they smile. Very honest people work here.

Great experience at Georgetown Outdoor Power. Needed lawnmower blades. They ordered exactly what I needed, and even helped me install them in the rain. Mike was extremely helpful, took his time to make sure I had what I needed. Will be back!

I called around to several different places looking for a head gasket for a Briggs and Stratton engine. This was the only place that had it in stock. They also have a great selection of chain saws and trimmers. I will definitely be back.

employee attitude very poor - advised repair 7 to 10 days - called to check progress after 2 weeks and was informed it had not been looked at and dont know when it will be repaired. i will go elsewhere for a repair.

If you do not want your mower back for over a month, no communication and a very rude and defensive customer service person (Misty) then this is the place to take your equipment.

This place sucks! They had my edger for 2 months only to tell me they cant fix it! THEY SUCK! THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! They didnt even try to repair my edger!
