Half local hardware store. Half fancy lady store. Anytime I need a random nut, bolt, tool, etc., I can find it here, or they will order it for me. So much more manageable than Home Depot. I hope this place thrives and stays in business for forever, because West Lake Hills needs a local hardware store with actual people who know something about fixing stuff.

Went in this last week and had a question about some serving pieces. The woman working in the department, Diane, was totally rude--she completely ignored us. I cant understand why an employee would deliberately offend a customer, especially in this economy.

Cant beat the one to one service! I have never gotten the attention at Home Depot type stores. Their associates walk me thru every time I go there. Its so nice to have someone looking over my shoulder!
