Several of our clients have purchased hardware from this company. In each instance it has been a disappointing experience.The company prides itself on exotic and expensive hardware but they seemed to be focused on upselling clients rather than providing then with appropriate products. They frequently get the order wrong in some respect, and are not responsive in correcting their errors. The locks are beautiful, but often poorly engineered. Levers and knobs just fall off! Many times there are no installation instructions provided with the product. They have no service departmentso we have to make repeated return trips to fix their defects

These people really know their hardware! If you have a technical question, they are there to help. I was remodeling my home and I really wanted some antique hardware for my front door that was compatible with the mortise lock I already possessed. My sales person was so helpful and patient with my needs. I highly recommend Alexander Marchant.
