If you like cheap tools (I would say "inexpensive" or "deals" but they really are cheap), then welcome to paradise. I enjoy shopping in here, but I rarely make any purchases. If for some reason I need a tool that I know Ill only use a couple times or something, then this is where I go. Always friendly service and a good time. Its a very narrow place with no windows, crammed in between two large stores. If you dont know what youre looking for you might drive right by it. I do recommend any tool enthusiasts out there who havent been in a Harbor Freight before definitely check it out, for real. Just remember, its like a dollar store... You get what you pay for. Youre not getting a higher priced item at a lower price, they really are cheap, and thats why theyre still able to make a good profit. I hope that doesnt sound bad, I Love Harbor Freight! Seriously.

Worst place ever. They are racist. They discriminated us because where not White. The cashier kept on saying have a nice day and thank you to those who were white. But the next thing you know we were next and she didnt say anything to us. My mom had to say thank you to get her attention because she didnt say anything like hello or good morning. Than I made a comment saying that she only said thanks, hello, and have a nice day to WHITE people. So she said "Oh what ever". Her name is Ashly. Worst customer service. We were also asking for help to find a pump and they never helped us. Very bad attitude. Never want to go to that store. Very racist and a horrible store. I dont recommend going if your not White because they wont help you.

Harbor freight always has great deals running across the store. Im very much a fan of being able to get what I need for a project as I need it without having to break the bank. People riff HF for having a lower quality on products than large name brands which is true, however unless youre going to be exceptionally hard on your tools from here theyll more than get the job done. Of everything Ive purchased from here Ive managed to break one screwdriver which had a lifetime warranty on it anyway. They have great products, great prices, helpful employees, and have saved my bacon many a Sunday afternoon when I realized I dont have that weird tool to get my project finished. 5/5 would recommend.

This place is terrible. I went in yesterday after work and there where no employees to help and when I did ask one young lady who was pricing items in another isle, she had the worst attitude. There was a guy before me that asked her for assistance and she huffed and puffed with him as well. Clearly she was annoyed that we were interrupting her while she was pricing things but she still has the worst attitude Ive seen in any store EVER. I would rather go to Home Depot or Lowes, even though they are larger stores, they have always had wonderful employees joyfully willing to stop what they are doing to help out their customers.

Its pretty good if you are looking for a quick cheap tool. I feel like a lot of the stuff is very cheap and probably wont last you a very long time as if you bought high quality stuff, but clearly you know that from the price. There is ALWAYS a coupon and a free item, so if you are going in without both of those, you are messing up. It can get really busy in here at times and get slow. There is a warranty you can get for most items, if you plan on breaking it. Do Not by any means drive your nice car to this parking lot, someone WILL crush your car with their car, shopping car or by any other means possible.

Great prices on reasonable tools, and always a 20% off coupon on a single item available online (just search for harbor freight 20 off and give them the coupon number at checkout). Even without the coupon the prices are great. Ive only ever broken one tool and the return went smoothly. The staff generally avoids bothering you unless you ask for help. One of the cashiers once let both my boys get a free flashlight even though we were supposed to only get one. Sign up for their emails and mailers, its worth it and no additional spam.

This location had a well kept store and friendly and helpful staff. I like when it appears that something has been sold out, but then they have more available and theyll bring them right up to you. Overall, harbor freight stores are awesome, especially because theyll change their prices if you bring in a printoff showing a different price for anything. They do sell a great deal of excellent quality tools, as long as you are picky and choose wisely. For this store and overall all Harbor Freight stores - I highly recommend!

You cant beat their prices for their handyman tools. They may not be quite durable enough for a professional who uses tools all day long, but their assortment is very good and competitive. They now have 2 stores in the Knoxville area. They have great-value coupons in most of the men oriented magazines as well. Free LED flashlights, screwdrivers, even volt meters.

Cheap prices but cheap quality to match. Service is NON existent. One person checking people out at all times and usually the new person. I seem to always get stuck behind some half-ass contractor that bought a tool for a job, lost the receipt, and now wants to return it... basically its a rental store for free if you manipulate their system.

I absolutely love this place! This is where you go when you need tools, even before the big department store type home improvement stores. My only reasoning for reducing my rating by one star is the smell. I can only imagine how bad this is for anybodys health. If they figured out how to reduce the chemical smell, Id easily give 5 stars!

Good place to get tools that wont break the bank. Of course sometimes you sacrifice for quality but for the most part the tools work and are just as durable. Also, a lot of their stuff have a lifetime warrantee. If it breaks you can just bring it in and theyll replace it. No need to call customer service or whatever.

What a waste of a store front. Go and buy quality American made tools. Also they seem to hire people that equate to the lowest denominator. The people that buy tools here are of the same quality as the tools sold here. Cheap and of the lowest quality.

Working maintenance at. Daily and all my hand tools are working great have not had any problems i will always recommend this place for great quality tools and will buy more when i get more cash this store has my vote for great long lasting tools !

they had more types of product in here than i thought! its a really cool store, and they are very reasonable in price. i go here for light bulbs as well as power drills. the cashiers and floor staff are always very helpful!

Always find what Im looking for, always happy with the price. Habor Freight has a vast selection of tools and more, and everything is always easy to find. If I had a complaint I dont remember what it could have been.
