We had some issues getting our Rigid drill fix, it had been in Texas Repair Center for 3 months, when we got it back it still was not fixed so we took it to the repair center of home depot in seguin texas, The assistant manager James Stephens was an excellent help, The drill was there for 2 weeks and with all the confusion was not sure what was going on, but James when above and beyond to make myself and husband more than 150% happy and ended up replacing the set with a brand new one just so we could make sure that there would not be any other issues, My hat goes off to him because you just DONT FIND CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THAT ANYMORE!!!! More people should take lessons from this man!! My son also noticed that he wears a ring from the Marines so again THANK YOU JAMES STEPHENS FOR NOT ONLY SERVING OUR COUNTRY BUT FOR ALSO TAKING THE TIME TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR 100% GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION. I hope that he keeps up the great work!!!

Walked in looking to buy $3k in flooring, after standing in flooring for 15min and not seeing 1 employee, I walked to paint and asked the lady there to call for help for me and she did. 5 more min pass and nothing so i walk to find another employee, find one and ask for help and he immediately turns the opposite direction and says he will go get help, another 5 pass so i walk to the front and ask for help agian and the half awake employee at the desk points in the opposite direction of the store and says he just went to help me, confused i walked back to flooring to see if somebody actually came back and another 5min pass and we decided lowes will get our money from now on. To be honest service throughout seguin is terrible, im guessing the home depot employees are just keeping up with the status quo. pretty sad work ethic if you ask me. I get it, its sunday...but get it together

Went to local Home Depot #8437 last night to get new Washing Machine after ours went out, very disappointed finding out none in stock, waited about twenty minutes after telling associate needed help, guess what was on computer he was sitting in front of was more important, said he would be done in a while, several people waiting for his help. Finally walked up to Paint Dept. and asked for more help, three people in that Dept. straightening up shelves, no help, went to Service Desk, lady tells us, only floor models, cant sell, would have to order, be in like Dec. 13th??? After have to card with Home Depot and trying to buy everything there, looks like Lowes will be getting a New Customer. Called over there, they have one wanted in stock. Went to get a quart of paint. Handed old lid to the Behr rep who never looked away from his phone once. He went down the isle and handed the lid off to the older lady there. Then someone came to the counter and wanted their two gallons made more blue or something. So she handed my lid to yet another person so she could help the guy with the two gallons of paint. I worked for Home Depot in Austin and I can tell you if my department manager saw this I at the very least would be written up. Who ever is the assistant manager over this department you need to train your staff! No one ever said hello can I help you thanks nothing!!!!! I will make sure not to buy paint from here again!

Youve got a problem in your paint Dept. You usually have1 person trying to help several customers. This becomes aggrivating for your customers and frustrating for your employee... and it shows. With SEVERAL employees standing ariund the store chatting with one another. I think some cross training would be useful. This way, the paint person can call for help during heavy traffic times. Priblem solved.

customer service sucks. Asked for help. Waited five minutes. Asked again, Was told guy was busy with another customer. Looked around, spotted four people in view wearing orange aprons chatting. Asked if "the guy" was the only person to help me. Yes. Waited five more minutes. Told them, Im going to Lowes.

No very helpful to retired military, on memorial day. Checkout clerk would not enter my military discount on a $120.00 purchase. A manager in the customer service area to an extra 30 mins (this includes wait time inline) to resolve a $12discount. Sad!!

Waited 20 minutes for information on doors the when finally hunted down a orange vest asked the lady to please send me some help she interupted me said not my dept and turned around and walked off. Will never shop seguin home depot again

Returned a upright freezer with scratch and dent. Spoke to Virginia assistant manager and got new one. Annalease(so?) took care of the credit card transaction. Staff was waiting at the door. No hassles! Great customer service!!
