Im trying to special order some tile for my mother and they are ignorant and disrespectful. They have no idea whats what. I call custumer service and a guy named Leo awnsers the phone. He transfered me to a tile specialist. Please. Named Tony and he hangs up on me twice becouse he doesnt know what to do. So ignorant. Training needs to happenen here..

The store is messy, disorganized visited for about 30 minutes for cabinets, flooring no one offered any help I understand its Saturday and they were busy, so for every Home Depot store I have visited messy and disorganized, Home Depot could hire better management

Purchased appliances with a promise to get a rebate and never got one cent. Home Depot will not help you in recovering that rebate one bit. Very poor, ugly, lying, deceiving managers at store on Trenton Road in Mcallen.
