I purchased two toilets and a new faucet for my home from Home Depot. The installation company that performs Home Depot installations is ARS. After purchase, ARS quickly called me and scheduled the install. The two technicians came out and installed the toilets and the faucet. I mentioned to him that the faucet was dripping and he said that because of the long neck of the faucet that these faucets did tend to drip but that was not an issue. After a few weeks, I noticed that in addition to the dripping from the end of the faucet, it also was leaking from the lever that turns on and off the faucet. The water was dripping quite a bit and was starting to seep into the wall. I put a towel around it to help stop the dripping. I called ARS and they were really good with sending out a team to fix the faucet on Saturday. They arrived and tried to do the repairs but said that this faucet had a special tool that was needed to be able to do any work on the faucet. They did not have this tool and said that their original technician should have made me aware that the tool was in the box and was required for any adjustments. They then said that because I did not have this tool and that ARS did not have the tool that the only way to get it fixed was it we got a replacement faucet and then they could use the tool in that box to fix the faucet and then I could return the faucet to Home Depot. He said that they could come back on Sunday between 1 and 4 to do the work. I went to Home Depot and got the replacement on Saturday. On Sunday I stayed home all afternoon to be available for the repair. At a quarter to 5 I received a call stating that they were leaving their job and could be at my house in an hour. I had in town dinner plans at 6 so could not stay at home any longer. I asked if they could come out Wednesday afternoon because I could take that afternoon off from work to be here when they came. He said that they would be out between 1 and 3pm. I then called Rochelle the dispatcher and she said that he had marked this down on the calendar and so we were good. I took off work and waited on Wednesday. At 2:30pm I still had not heard anything from ARS. I called the technician and he said that he didn’t have this on his schedule and there was another technician scheduled but he was not sure because there might be an issue with getting a PO from Home Depot for them to come out. He said that he would call the dispatcher to see what was going on. I asked if I could have the technicians phone number and he said he could not give that number out. And as Rochelle was not working today I could not get a number for the dispatcher. I am so frustrated with this whole situation. It has been very expensive for me to take off work to be here and also to not be able to leave the house the day before Thanksgiving. Now I still have a leaky faucet, no idea when I will get help and expect that I will have to take off work again in order to get this fixed.

I have recently had horrible service with Home depot. I went to buy granite and backsplash for a total around $3k. We were told that start to finish would be 3-4 weeks. I did not even get measured until 6 weeks out then they took another 2-3 weeks to fabricate and 2 weeks tile they could install. NOW they still have to do the backsplash and wont measure till the granite is in or even take an appointment for the day after it is put in. I have to wait again for 1 month to get an appointment for the people to measure! If I had know this I would not have started the process. BEST PART is that I have called repeatedly trying to give them money and order the backsplash and every time I get a guy that says they will have to call me back......NO CALLS YET! I had to find a number to the corporate HQ and find my way to a AWESOME customer service rep who has helped push the pen a little and get some fires lit. I should not have to do this every time i want to make a purchase. It seems as if they are 1. Understaffed, 2. Dont care because they dont work on commission as I was told. I used to have great service but I guess when you want to spend alot they dont have what it takes to get the job done. OVERALL: I was lied too. I was neglected Horrible service Forgotten about once they had my money I would not recommend anyone buy Granite or Backsplash from these people.

12/6/2016, 11:25 AM Tried to buy a welder... I tried to buy a Lincoln 180 electric welder. For those who dont know, theyre heavy, bulky and $634.00. I asked a "worker" where to find a flat cart to haul it and he muttered "I dont know" as he walked by without stopping. I had already walked the entire store to find such a cart to no avail. I went to the masonry section again to see if one had popped up...nope. I asked another "worker" as he passed by where I could find a cart. He confidently stated, "Next isle!". "Sir, Ive checked that isle twice and there is not one." He said, "Other than outside, I dont know what to tell you." I told him I had looked outside. He gave me a stupid look and said, "Well...like I said, I dont know what to tell you." Then, he just walked away. I walked outside again to wrangle a cart when I realized, I was sent out to perform a task someone at Home Depot is paid to do. It was then I remembered, there is a Lowes one mile away and Im going there. That is $634.00 you will never get from me Home Depot. All because of a cart. Stupid move and bad management. Adios.

Awful, absolutely awful. I have been a huge fan of Home Depot since I was little and my dad had a part time job there. But, in these recent months, this home depot location has completely ruined my opinion of all Home Depots. They are more often than not out of something and tell me to go somewhere else, I once had to wait over 45 to have an online ordered brought to the contractor entrance (even though i called 20min ahead of time) , and no one except maybe 2 people know what the heck they are doing in there! Home depot, get it together- or Lowes will recieve the rest of our business moving forward!

I would love to give this store 5 stars as it very rarely does not have everything that I need. The staff is always helpful and if they do not know the answer themselves, they do not stop until the find someone that does. On the rare occasion that I make a mistake in my purchase, they give me a full refund, no questions asked. However they do not have tool rental here. I have never seen a Home Depot before now without tool rental and that is highly disappointing. Add tool rental and I will change my review to five stars in a heart beat.
