Very clean Store very friendly knowledgeable staff, and they had everything I needed. Management and team provide outstanding customer service and work very hard to earn and keep your business. I am a business owner and I always take note of how other businesses treat their customers. There are far too many gun shops that cater only to the avid shooter and when the beginners ask basic questions with hope of gaining knowledge, they are treated with disdain which in the end reflects poorly on the business. The very knowledgeable staff at GTX Guns (Guns & Guitars) exude true professionalism and treat each customer from novice to expert and young to old with consistent courtesy. I truly appreciate how Brandon leads by example and expects outstanding customer service from each employee. This is why GTS is my go-to sore for all of my firearm needs. Guys, keep up the great work!!

By far some of the nicest guys around. Ive been to many if not all of the local (Austin/Round Rock,PF,Georgetown) including the big box stores. 100% Worth the drive up from Austin. They are happy to explain things to you and wont talk down to you if you have questions. Certainly will be my gun shop of choice. I bought a firearm that will require assembly, they were more than willing to help me get it together and make sure I was safe and on the right track with the options I wanted. They had a good selection of ammo, accessories, YETTI!! and firearms with extremely reasonable prices.

THIS IS THE most professional staff I have ever seen in the gun business. everybody was knowledgeable about there product. I never felt any type of pressure to buy anything. they make everybody feel like they are at home and part of the family. the pricing was very competitive and on the most part there prices where a lot better than any one in the area. I have collected guns for many years. This staff, not to mention the leadership of the owner Brandan, treats everyone from 18 to 80 years with the utmost respect. You cant ask for a more passionate and professional group of people to assist you in the proper purchase. It is not easy to navigate safely in todays environment. It is also hard for some to figure out how to effectively safeguard your surroundings. Just go in and say hi. They will take care of the rest.

Definitely the best gun store in Georgetown. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Zach is my go-to guy, specifically for the AR platform. Good prices as well, except for ammo, but I can find that lots of places. If you need ammo in a pinch then they have it but its average price at best. Gunsmith quality and pricing is very competitive. But dont go there looking for a guitar because their pretty much non existent, thank God.

Called about a gun listed on Gunbroker, supposedly at the store. Spoke with Carl aka dum...ss. He agreed to put a hold on it until I could get there, since I was an hour away. When I got there, another employee told me it had sold the previous day. Apparently, it was too much trouble to walk the line of 50 or so guns to make sure the gun he put a "hold" on was actually in the store. I will never go back

These guys are the real deal, and will earn your business, and your return business. They are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and they want to help. Their new firearms prices are as good as many of the discount online retailers, and you wont find a lower transfer fee. I love this place. They have been my go-to shop over all others since they opened, and my friends and family agree.

Started back in May with on line gun purchase. Site easy to navigate and responses happened in great time. Saw new store opened went in Saturday met the owner Brandan and one of his employees (forgot his name) but they were both very personable and knowledgeable. Inventory and prices are great! Make sure all your paper work is in line. Call ATF FOR ANY COMPLAINTS. Should be a ZERO. Drive to Round Rock, or Cedar Park for true professionals that care about building relationships

Buyer Beware!!! If they have a gun listed on Gun Broker, that is just a price to get you interested. It is going to be a whole lot more in the store!!! I will go to Academy or Bass Pro or wherever the price is reasonable on the internet, from now on, because that is the price I will be paying in the store
