A shadow of its former self. Walking in today the store seemed like it had less inventory, a feeling borne out when I saw the special Sharpie display had been dismantled. Additionally, the notebook section is very sparce and there were almost no notebook choices for narrow (college) rule. But I did find some nice index cards on sale and I brought them up to the register--with the check out light on--and I waited for a cashier to show up. he finally showed up and I was told that I needed to walk all the way around this other display, back to the same counter because thats where the line started. meanwhile he started helping another woman who apparently was given the map to the secret check out location. I found that incredibly rude. really really rude. But karma is awesome and a 2nd cashier opened a 2nd, more accessible register and I was checked out before the lady ahead of me was.... winning!!! From now on, only Office Depot, I promise!

As much as I love the speed and convenience of buying office equipment online, sometimes you just need to have a conversation with someone who knows what theyre talking about. I just bought an HP Officejet Pro 8600 all-in-one printer from Staples and my decision was made vastly easier by my conversation with Austin. Austin was able to tell me all of the pros and cons of each printer: which one sucks up printer ink the fastest, which one is returned to the store most often, which has the lowest cost per page, etc. He also pointed me to a very inexpensive no-questions-asked replacement plan if my printer ever breaks down. If everyone at Staples knows their office equipment like Austin, my equipment buying decision is, by default, Staples. Great customer service, Staples!

Terrible customer service. There was one associate that was asking if we needed help while we were looking around, but at check out the cashier was awful, rude, and snobby. Rolling her eyes and not pleasant at all. There was an issue during our transaction and she rolled her eyes and sighed and called a manager over. She stammered around like a little child. The manager (dont know if it was an associate or whoever) wasnt much better with his impatience as I asked some store policies and waved us off and walked off. It has been a long time since I have been in a store with such terrible customer service.

I struggled for years with the poor service over at the competition (who shall remain nameless but whose initials are OD) but the first time I shopped at Staples I was "sold" and have now been loyal for several years. This Staples in particular is excellent - clean, well-stocked, and competent staff. I had one the tech guys, John, spend half an hour finding me the right video adapter for my laptop. Great store!

This is my favorite staples store. I had to go get something with my twins I can not recall if they were 2 or 3 however the manager saw one was having a melt down and he tried to help by offering a sucker to my child having a fit and said hey I understand I had kids. No worries. He is so nice and I never have a problem getting help unlike the competitor. This is the only staples I will go to.

For the most part I can find what I need here. From office chairs, resume paper, etc. I did however have an issue with finding a large envelope of appropriate size to mail a certified diploma. The dimensions were too small unless I purchased a giant box of envelopes for $55. They should make these for sale individually.

Awesome customer service! A sales associate by the name of Trent helped us track down a desk we were looking for. He even called all the stores in the area to see if they had it, once he found it he made sure that we were going to get it. Just awesome!

Customer service was great! Especially in the photo/ print department. Lindsey was VERY helpful and I would recommend Staples to anyone who needs something printed (like Christmas cards in my case). Good quality and helpful staff :)

I am usually greeted and directed to the aisle I need where an employee meets me and assists in finding the products I need. On my last visit, I was not greeted nor did I have any interaction with employees except the cashier.
