My son dropped his phone in his cereal one morning. Just the very bottom got wet with milk but some seeped into the phone. We let it dry a day and the phone worked fine. The screen had a small blotch in the bottom corner but you could still see everything. A couple days later the home button started sticking a little but it still worked. Figured the dried milk was making it stick. I usually use a guy off Western Center but since this place was in town, I decided to give the local guy some business. Took it in, explained the problem, asked if there was some way to clean. He said there was nothing he could do for the blotch on the screen except replace it. I said thats fine, since it really wasnt that noticeable anyways, and asked if he could just clean the home button so it wouldnt stick. He said he could but said he couldnt warranty his work. I said fine and asked how much and how long? He said 2 hours and $40. I said OK, he made me pay up front. No problem. He said he would call when it was ready. Two hours pass and we were leaving Walmart and thought we would stop by to see if it was ready. It wasnt and he said he would call. 3 more hours pass and I decide to call since they close soon. He said its ready but there is a lot more discoloring on the screen now. We go up there and the screen is now 75% blotched. Very noticeable now! I asked him how did it happen because he wasnt suppose to mess with the screen. He gave some sort of explanation but I said you told me you werent going to mess with the screen. He said he could use my $40 I already paid and I pay $50 more and he would replace the screen. I left frustrated. So this business quoted 2 hours and it took 5, never called me to tell me it was ready, and damaged the phone more than it was to begin with. Not every professional in my book. The home button does seem work OK. I should have stuck with my other repair shop on Western Center. Lesson learned.

I have a few gripes with this store: 1. They are rarely there when I try to stop in: I work a normalish schedule from 7-4, and Ive tried multiple times to stop by at 5 with a sign on the door that they are out and to call the number posted.... 2. They dont answer the phone: When there is a sign on the door that says call the number posted I called it to no avail, never got an answer.... 3. Noncompetitive Pricing: when I finally was able to catch them at the store, I asked for a quote on a new phone that I was interested in, they said they could get it to me for ~$400 refurbished.... I picked one up online new for $220 free shipping..... 4. Really bad offers for old phones: After purchasing my new phone, I wanted to sell my old phone. I know my old phone is worth ~$150 if I sold it on Ebay. I was willing to take a hit on that price for convenient drop off and instant cash. The associate looked at my phone, commented on how nicely kept it was, tested it (didnt seem to know how to run an android, had to ask me how to switch to the front camera....) and liked what he saw. I was offered $40..... I know you have to make a profit, but you could easily sell it for $175 at a convenient storefront, I wouldve considered $80, but I didnt counter, just told him I could get about 4x the offer on Ebay and walked.

Wonderful Service! I had a broken screen on my iPhone 6s Plus, He quoted me a price of $179.99 and a repair time of about 45 minutes. That was very reasonable and very quick compared to most! He called me and said that the proximity sensor/front facing camera flex cable was damage in my attempt to repair it and would be $59.99 (Close to the cost of the part which is awesome!) Everything was done very well and i have a working phone again!

My father went in this morning to have his laptop looked at, and they did a little diagnostic on it, and didnt really find anything and didnt charge anything. Thought that was awesome! They also gave some suggestions on what to do to fix the problem, which was running over to Walmart and purchasing an antenna. Much appreciated. We will return for any other issues with any other devices. Thank you!

Sent out a phone, It was A bag of screws and a bunch of floppy pieces. I had a guy from craigslist come to my home and fix it, but then it wouldnt make calls and then the speaker didnt work. so he gave me my money and put the phone and all the screws in azip lock bag and said i should go to apple. WHATTTT. Thank god I found these guys. I was back to a working phone in just a few hours

Awesome guys. Was on the road for work and absolutely needed my phone repaired! Im from PA and searched for a quick phone repair and they came right up, told me to come right in and they would have me fixed up in no time. I didnt have to wait more than 45 minutes for my phone to get done and it looks like I just got it out of the box! Highly recommend these guys. Thanks again!

Very nice guy but he showed me the product he was replacing on my phone and when I showed up to pick my phone up he said I needed a sensor that was on the product he was suppose to install. He wanted an additional amount of money to fix that. It was fast service but feel I got taken advantage of.

Dropped my Galaxy s7 and the back was all cracked and cutting my fingers. They gave me an estimate on the part, ordered the part and texted me when it came in. We dropped it off and went to eat at a restaurant nearby and it was ready when we came back - less than an hour. Thanks, guys!

what a waste of time...I arrived at 10 am, when they claim to open, and they were not open yet. Giving them a chance, I went over to Walmart to buy a new phone case and came back... still no one there. I checked in with the Metro office next door and they said they show when they want!
