I bought a TV to be delivered as a birthday gift for my mom. I used a debit/credit card. They rang it up as a debit transaction. Later that day I needed to cancel the transaction. They would not credit my money back because "corporate policy" does not allow them to credit back anything over $250 to a debit card. I have to wait 7-10 days to receive a check in the mail. I have no money now to buy my mom a birthday gift until I receive the refund...which will be well after her birthday. They could have ran the transaction as a credit transaction but obviously they chose debit so they didnt have to pay a credit card transaction fee. Best Buy sets corporate policy for the good of the corporation, not the good of the customer. They clearly dont care about their customers...just their corporate policies.

I brought my laptop (a Sony VAIO) in last week. After discussing the problem with me, the "Geek Squad" representative, Josh, was very apologetic that the store couldnt repair the damage and would have to send the computer off for assessment and possible repair. However, he was very helpful in enabling me to download all of my data on to an external drive. He called me throughout the day to inform me how the transfer was going and to verify that it was REALLY ok to delete some data from the drive to make more room (I told him it was but he wanted to be really sure). Josh and the entire Geek Squad made my visit as convenient as possible and I genuinely appreciate it.

Beware the wireless team when returning your wireless phone. With Verizon and I purchased my phone on the first of September and brought it back to return the 15th of September. The rep in best buy Mobil proceeded to tell me I was passed the 14 day period and I couldnt return the phone. I then called Verizon customer service and they confirmed I was still eligible to return so I handed the phone to the rep. He then argues with customer service and about 30 min later I finally was able to get them to return the phone and everything went through fine. Dont take their word for it and make sure you have good information. This is why best buy is struggling.

I ordered a Samsung phone case online for an in-store pickup (on sale). When I got there, the product wasnt in the correct bin behind the counter (alphabetical by last name). After searching around, the item was found in another bin with my name on it, but it wasnt the correct item. I ended up searching for the item myself only to find the incorrect case in most of the packages. The correct product was found after about 20 min of searching. This kind of defeats the purpose of in-store pickup. Employees were all friendly and personable.

Ordered a washer and dryer.. Been 10 days, over 7-10 calls, a case manager and a backup case manager assigned, three deliveries, no item, no pre calls, no follow ups, no one willing to own up to the problem, just headache, excuses and frustrate. I would not put harden criminals though this much less serious buyers. Serious buyers look elsewhere. I dont normally leave reviews but this was so bad that it got me upset enough to leave my first reviews ever. Wish I can give 0 stars.

Rip off: Looking for a replacement cable for my Galaxy S8, and cheapest this Best Buy has is $20--and not even Samsung brand! Other stores have cables for $5.99 and $8.99.I tell an employee, and he says that people using those have had their phones explode. EXPLODE? Really? And not a whisper of it anywhere in the news. Plus, he doesnt even ask the name of the brand or the vendors. Let me spell out what his words are realy: L-I-E-S.

Called the store and asked if they had the switch and they said they did then when i came in the store they said theu where holding them in store for tomorrow morning im more then posotive they have probably more then 50 in back super stupid and mean made me drive 30 min just to be told that and then told me they could hold it and then they made me wait 5 min to then tell me that they couldnt do anything for me

Great service through both Best Buy and Magnolia. Steven Potter, Nabil, Chris, and installers Miguel and Jose, were most professional and helpful. Bought a media room set up 9 months ago with a continued glitch that came and went through the period, but they stuck with me until they finally found the problem. Very good service, polite, and did what they said theyd do, at a competitive price.

No help what so ever. Went in to look at home security equipment and no associates around even though the store was not busy. Several associates were in groups laughing and chatting with each other. On a positive note the Apple rep was excellent and ready to help.... then again she works for apple! Never going back again

Best BB in the city! They have one of only 3 Magnolia Design Centers in all of DFW and house some of the most knowledgeable sales staff in the city! Great for anything electronic and its a nice bonus that they live in a lower tax area so if youre looking to save a few bucks on a large purchase this is your place!

I didnt buy anything but the staff is very strange. In a rainy day the shop was leaking from different spot of the roof, one of this was on a laptop. So I warned one of the staff and he just moved the laptop as in the picture (the yellow ASUS) leaving the computer near the puddle, wet and turned on.

Best Buy in Grapevine, TX is great. The salesmen are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend shopping there for any electronic or appliance. There is a wide source of choice for any product. They make you feel special, which is something I love when Im spending my money.

Staff is usually willing to help you find something, but they may not always know where to find it. It is a large store that has product moved around a lot so it may take you a bit to find what you need. All in all, its a good Best Buy with a large amount of product.

Large store with everything, except outstanding customer service. Some good staff on hand, but most dont really understand what it means to provide good customer service. That said, they arent rude and if you know what your looking for, its a great place to go.

Bought a TV there recently and the whole department was great. One of the employees (didnt get a name but he was a larger gentleman with a beard) was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and gave me several recommendation. Very satisfied.
