HORRIBLE place to work, but good place to shop. Its pretty sad when you have a lady doing the schedule for the workers when she is all about favoritism. I recently quit from Kroger because a woman by the name of Cathy Bolin. I was a very hard worker and loved the people I worked with accept for her. Here I am, 18 years old, have a 2 year old son, and I was about to move out of my parents house to start my life. I had asked off a month ahead of time for my move out date and told her why exactly I needed the day off, when that week came I looked at my schedule and noticed she scheduled me for that day. So I went to go look for the request I put in and it was not in the book, but ones from later dates were still in there, so apperently she didnt want any proof if I wanted to take it to a higher sorce than her. Later on that morning I asked Cathy if she got my request off paper and if she did why was I scheduled and she replied that she did get it and if there was any way I could "rschedule my moveout date. That day I was Scheduled to work 4 hours I was not going to come into work on the day I was going to move to work 4 hours getting paid 7.25 an hour when I was supposed to have that day off. I also think its pretty bad when a new hire on his 2nd day gets 36 hours SACKING when I had been there for 1/2 a year being lucky if I even got 15 hours a week when she knew I was raising a child and had a family to take care of. I was never rude or unkind to her for her to treat me that way. They need to get someone to replace her or they are going to lose some really good people. It was not my loss here.

I was in line and a woman approached me. She was trying to get cash from me to buy my items on her food stamps.I declined she moved to the lady behind me.I told the teller,she gave me a look like WTF do I care. Incredibly rude and did not have one bit of customer service.Two weeks later the same young blonde teller was very rude to a senior citizen in front of me.It was apparent that he was just a little confused.She responded in the same way as before.I also received the same treatment,me being the customer and the biggest inconvenience in her life at that moment.The store itself is great and everyone else Ive had contact with was great.I just avoid that teller now.

Fair store overall. Kept nice and clean, usually fully stocked, and love how accessable this store is as the lot is very large and connects to a range of connected shopping centers and a movie theater. Despite the size, it doesnt seem to have as wide a range of items the one on Fry Rd. or Barker Cypress have, but it does have full shelves. Open checkout lanes do always seem to be limited when I go, so I end up using self checkout half the time.

Reasonably need to know what items are real worthy for the price tag at any given time and should know seasonal deals, weekly sale promotions digital coupons etc, to get maximal savings at check out. You can surely do this with store shopping at Kroger after your home work on the prices for items you purchase with sale price, promotions, digital coupons. Also bakery items at whoops section where you will find 50% off of regular price.

Ive been working their for almost two years and trust me when I tell you that it usually has the most customers year round than the most stores in the district. Front end cashiers and baggers are friendly as well as stockers. The main downside are the bathrooms in the early morning and at night because it can get pretty raunchy.

STAY AWAY!!!!! - 3 times now ive gone to this Kroger, and every single time ive had to endure the rude and obnoxious tellers. And Im not the only one. Twice now, while checking out ive witnessed tellers arguing and verbally abusing customers. TWICE from 2 different employees. Its a disgrace....Such a shame

Friendly staff, great products, good prices. Cant wait for their remodel to be over and I can enjoy my nice HUGE store! I ALWAYS get my gas there. Its always the cheapest around and I get my Kroger card discount each time. Cant beat it.

Fresh produce, clean and spacious environment, good customer service and quick & easy checkout. Look for the Managers Special; you will save a lot. Deli, seafood, soups and salad with "temptatious" deserts.

Krogers is the leading store I shop at and at this Kroger employees are great and they have nice Pharmacy employees Pinkys in Krogers check the pharmacy out as well .Talways hire a great help.

Very nice store, clean and employees speak English-language. I say that because my last trip through Wal-Mart one of four employees spoke English-language.

Shop here often to buy groceries. All associates are friendly and store always clean. My fience likes the fact there is a Star Bucks located inside.
