CVS Pharmacy 16155 Spring Cypress Road, Cypress, TX 77429 Agree! - Oct 7, 2008 I had just gotten back into town, all I had was a large bill in my wallet. My total at CVS was $17, something. I handed the cashier (a highschool girl) a $50 bill, she laughed in my face and said "Youre joking right" she then proceeded to roll her eyes. I left the store and made my purchase at Walgreens, where the cahshier kindly said she couldnt break my bill so I used my debit card. Now was that soooo hard? Why be so rude? I think CVS is joking by having such a rude staff at the 16155 Spring Cypress 77429 Location!

I have never had a bad experiences at this CVS. I was always a Walgreens guy but my frustration at the nearby store forced me to change and Ive never regretted it. Kilion is the Pharmacy manager and he greets me by name every time he sees me. Ive had special requests or needs and they have always bent over backwards to help. Been nothing but happy with this CVS and recommend to anybody who appreciates personal customer service.
