Ive only been to this store 3 times to do my couponing, and the times I was there the cash register guy (didnt get his name) but he wears glasses & has a half blonde ponytail has been lazy and been so unprofessional. 1st time: my coupon didnt go through even though it was for the right product but they could have just keyed it in. 2nd time: I noticed I purchased the wrong toothpaste so I walked back in told him I wanted to get a refund, he automatically says "oh I cant give you a refund" . I had to get a manager since he didnt want to deal with me. 3rd time: as I was already at the cashiers counter i told him if he could give me a price on an item and me being 8 months pregnant he told me to check it at the red checker stand. Then I had to wobble my way back to his counter and purchase what I wanted. Even though he could have told me the price then and there. I will never go back to this CVS. No one there gives you the help you need. The cashier was a Latin short on the chubby side man with glasses & a blonde ponytail with a high manly voice. He is overall just lazy and just gives out attitude. Never will go to this one again.

Few months ago i dropped a prescription and asked if i could get a refill later on when i needed the medication: they said "no problem, well enter it in the system and you have it on the records. So i go today to get a refill and: They lost my prescription, they told i had to go inside when i was at the drive-through window because i was holding up customers (there was the other lane open), they refused to find a solution and they called the police when i said i wasnt moving until they found my prescription. The Police arrived after 3 minutes, heard the story, he told me i was right but i had to leave because the pharmacy clerk (AA person named Henry) decided i was unruly! I shook hands with the very polite police officer and i went on my way. What would you do in my position?

Ive never had any a bad survive here. But today Felicia made me get out of line because she said I had to many items. That she was going to ring up the people after me. Really?! I was before them. So I had to wait for her to ring up five other people before getting me. Wow great service. On the other hand Mrs. Brenda is great worker to bad she wasnt there to help me.

The Pharmacist was rude! I was trying to decide on whether to buy a Tension or Migraine headache medication. I asked her what was the difference. She stated with an attitude that she was not a physician. I was like you are a Pharmacist and you dont know the difference between what a Tension Headache medication treats and what a Migraine Headache medication treats?

I will not be using this pharmacy again. I went to the doctor@ 11am I called the pharmacy to check on my medication and was told the doctor hadnt sent some code for diagnoses. This is the second time this has happened. I just keep getting the run around. Its always a mix up with them. Very disappointing

Tatiana (who was the only one working didnt see anybody else) made my trip super good! She attended everybody very fast! Always greeted and says have a nice day. Very multitasking at helping everyone. Two thumbs up for her!!!!!!!!!

The staff at this place were nice but incompetent. This lady got my daughters prescription wrong ..had to call the clinic to verify. Then they got the dosage wrong.
