A Private User

I used to come here because it was conveniently close to home. One pharmacist in particular bothered me. His name was Darren I believe. Recently, I picked up my prescription from him with no problems. I walked to the side, and Im guessing he thought I left because he was talking so much trash on me for no reason. I asked some questions on my medication and apparently, 5 minutes was too much of his time when there was no one else waiting. He was calling me a "f***in idiot" for asking questions and was continuing talking about his other customers as "stupid" or "a waste of his time." I then walked passed the counter pretending not to have heard, and he then had a surprised look and put his head down. I quietly left wishing I could have told him off. Overall, its just a pharmacy like any other but without the friendly atmosphere. Personally, I dont like someone talking that way behind my back especially when they are handling my medication. I would rather drive 5 more miles to the other pharmacies than to give that jerk my business after that day.

Not having used them before, and due to the newness of the medication being prescribed, I called Albers to inquire about my prescription status. Not only was the girl that I talked to very helpful and pleasant, they already had my prescription filled, AND they are one of the few pharmacies in the area that carry my medication regularly. The establishment itself is very clean and organized, parking was easy, and the entire staff seemed very cheerful when I walked in. I had some questions about what side effects I might expect as well as how a particular drug manufacturers coupon worked and all were happily answered. Overall, a really great experience! (Only thing I would add to my wish list would be a drive through... Says the mom hauling around multiple small people.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful staff who have gone above and beyond. They work very well with my doctor. For being such a small store they have a nice selection of things you need from a drug store.

Not a welcoming pharmacy. They made me feel like they were very prejudice I will never come here or recommend them to anyone. No one wanted to do their pharmacy job just cashiering and gossiping.

This pharmacy is perfectly organised, they always have what I search for the staff is kind even at 3 pm. You can always rely on a good advice from them, very knowledgeable and experienced people.
