This is the best pharmacy Ive ever used!! Their customer service is top notch. Everyone knows that difficulty/mishaps can arise with communication between the doctors calling in medication and the pharmacy fulfilling the order. I worked in a clinic so I am well aware that things can and DO go wrong sometimes. (but then again we all know that b/c were human too) In the event of an issue they are really good at communicating and moving toward a solution. Im from Virginia and in the process of moving, Ive used various pharmacies. This stands out in a very good way. The people here are good at what they do and are kind in the process.

Is this store closing? Used to be the best in the KC area, but every time I go in there now a days the shelves are bare. Not sure who is in charge of hiring but recently every time I go in there I always come across a group of employees huddled up, laughing & carrying on loudly. I’ve even seen a couple talking on their cell’s while stocking shelves. If you ask for help they act so put off. I won’t be returning. I was after a tablet which ended up being cheaper on their website anyways.
