Friendly service. They are pretty busy so I try to avoid busy times like after work around 5pm. But they have always been helpful. My daughter is on very expensive medicines and they are very helpful explaining to me how to use the manufacturers rebate and co-pay cards. Her medicines also have to be ordered ahead of time from the store because they do not keep it in stock and they send me an automated message when its ready for pick up.

Super slow. Waited in line for 30 minutes one time. & another i called to get prescription filled & spelled my name about 10 times & they still said I was not in their system. & then when I drove up there, I had to wait almost an hour for them to fill my prescription. I always expect terrible service out of them.

As already mentioned, failure to contact doctors about prescription refills or not notifying when a prescription is ready to pick up, bad service.

Awful pharmacy service. Nobody answers the phones and usually only one or two employees in the building at one time.
