DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I have lived in the area for two years and, like other raters, have tried as long as I can to stick with them for convenience of multiple Walgreens around Texas. I was just on hold for 26 minutes then get hung up on. I called back, waiting on hold for 32, and WHILE STILL ON HOLD pulled up to the drive thru and no one is in line. I was immediately greeted and could see the phone line blinking in the background! I was livid. A very kind and understanding woman let me know that the long hold time (and disconnects) is a corporate issue that theyve had for a long time- in other words, its not going to be fixed. Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy! After today, Ill be doing the same thing myself.

I would never go back to this pharamacy, they are so slow and very rude. I waited in the drive threw for over 10 mins and the lady clearly saw me and didnt bother to tell me she would be with me shortly. So as I honked my horn no one even bothered to come to the window, then I finally pressed the call button and she picked up and acted like I havent been waiting. She told me that she had to walk across the store thats why she didnt pick up when she was at the window talking the whole time. All I had to do is drop off a prescription that took 2 mins, then as I was leaving I said thank you and she just hung up the phone. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND SLOW.

The PHARMACY here is the SLOWEST I have EVER experienced. Have been going here a year trying to stick with them as Walgreens has nation wide locations and can be helpful when traveling. Unfortunately, I have HAD IT waiting for things to improve. The staff are nice, but there is something seriously wrong with the training and management should be changed. Updated Nov 2, 2015: Last two times my wife has called to speak to a pharmacist or technician, she has had to wait over 30 minutes. Things are actually worse than before. We would give them 0 or negative stars if possible.

Terrible experience. One pharm tech accused me of being a drug addict when I had a prescription being filled that required and had a doctors approval meanwhile the other pharmacy down the road had no problem filling it. Also if you pay with cash they just throw your change in the back of the bin making it extremely difficult to get your prescription and change without unbuckling your seatbelt and being halfway out your car window. They have also taken nearly two weeks to fill a vital prescription. Very unprofessional, incompetent, and rude.

Unhelpful staff. They disconnect my call after 24 minutes wait time. I called back and two customers a head ...and down to 0 the staff still not pickup the phone, I drove there with the phone still on and show the staff my waiting time is 50 min for two customers? she told me they just got thing setup? Funny thing about they phone light still flashing and two staffs ladies not bother to anwser it. Use Koger crossing the street is better.

I was behind someone in which they were waiting for an rx. The dispenser saw me and ignored me for at least 10 minutes. She couldnt wait on me while she just stood tgere. Give me a break. But once a car pulled thru the drive thru she could wait on them? I had to tell her that I was there first. She acted like I was a bad guy. They have no idea on how to run a pharmacy. Based on the other reviews they need to change out that store.

Came in twice to pick up a western union, the first time I was told they didnt have $230 in the register to give to me. I was directed to Krogers across the street, which was closed. Came in today to pick up the money once again and it took more than 30 min. Not sure why a business would offer Western Union services if they are unable to provide them. Do not come here for Western Union. Terrible service.

The pharmacy here is absolutely terrible. I just moved to this side of town and I used Walgreens where I use to live and have never had a problem. Every time I come to pick up a prescription the wait is 20 plus minutes! It doesnt matter if I go in or use the drive through. The pharmacy staff arent pleasant either. I will be changing pharmacies. I would give zero stars if it let me.

The pharmacy is horrible! They never check their messages for call in prescriptions. They tell you it will be 20 minutes and 2 hours later it is still not done. The front of the store is very helpful, but the Pharmacy just brings this store down. I have been using this Walgreens for over 10 years and it has only been going down hill in the Pharmacy.

I have lived in the area for 12 years. Of those 12 years, not once has the pharmacy at this location gotten my prescription correct. Its always a struggle to simply get my medicine. I and my family will never use this pharmacy again. Incompetent, slow, and dysfunctional.

Regular store is fine, especially the friendly store staff. pharmacy unbelievably incompetent and unhelpful. Having had many long waits there, I noticed that they seem to have major problem filling more than 1 in 3 prescriptions. worst Ive ever seen anywhere.

Most helpful pharmacist in the world ever. The staff are great and helpful in general and every visit ends up being mostly straightforward - even when Ive had issues theyve been great in helping me to sort them out. Highly recommended.

Ive been reading the reviews and THANK YOU! , I thought it was just me, but Ive had all the same experiences with the pharmacy and staff. TERRIBLE! And the store isnt much better either. Complaints to corporate are pointless.

WORST PHARMACY EVER. They are rude, incompetent, and SLOW. They have problems filling prescriptions and most of the time "they are dry" of what you need. The cvs right down the street is AMAZING if you need something.

Do not use this Wallgreens as your pharmacy!!! The customer service is very poor. Drive through takes a tremendous amount of time. I recommend the one in Alden Bridge.
