Be advised about using their pharmacist, Justin. He contacted the incorrect phone number to get me my refill for albuterol instead of the number that my doctor had given them about a month ago. When I caught his error (through it being denied, of course) and called in to him to re-give him the correct number, he refused. He said that it was merely a courtesy service and that he wasnt required to try again. Flabbergasted, I inquired what number he had contacted.....he wouldnt say. I called the store manager and explained the situation. She was concerned about his behavior and contacted the area supervisor (she says), but I did not receive any feedback and more importantly, no refill. She had the correct number for my physician. Still without a refill and now completely out as of last night for my severe asthma, I attempted to resolve it again today (the day after Thanksgiving). Justin hung up on me as soon as I identified myself, offered the number and inquired what number he had used to avoid the same error. The store manager then contacted me and told me that they would send my updated insurance info to Walgreens to take care of my future needs. I have the calls recorded and I told them I was recording. Withholding life-saving medication is a serious breach of medical ethics. (Not to mention criminal if someone ends up hospitalized or dies).

A decent selection for CVS. Never enough people at the tills, so there is always a queue. The staff are genuinely helpful when theyre available.
