The people who work here are very nice. I moved over here because of the pharmacist, Melissa, from Target CVS in Wylie. They have really helped me out, BUT I had the doctor fax in a prescription and the online thing told me my Chem scripts had to be ordered because they werent in stock. I got a text saying they were ready a few days later. Went to go get them and paid a tremendous amount of money because the doctor faxed in a huge supply. I got home that night and was getting ready to change my bottle out when I noticed they were the wrong strips! I was pissed. I called the next morning and told them. They looked up my script online and said the script was written EXACTLY for the machine I used and they didnt know why another brand was ordered for me. The ones I use were already in stock too. I was pissed. They told me to bring them back up, as long as the boxes werent opened and they would exchange them. I didnt want to go out again, because its hard for me to get around, but I did. They apologized and stated they didnt know why the order went through as it did. Melissa did not do this order! If she had, I know there wouldnt be any problems. They are a new facility and I do plan to stay with them. Everyone can make a mistake every now and then. Otherwise, I think this is a great place and the people are very nice.

I have tried to be understanding with them as they are new, but weve used them 3 separate times and theyve made mistakes each time. They tell us prescriptions are ready when they arent, theyve lost prescriptions, and prescribed weird generics that other local CVS pharmacies dont use (and tell us we have no choice). If you even try to approach them about an issue, they are very snippy. It seems like they are understaffed and need more training because their stress is obvious through their attitudes. Youre better off just using the Walmart pharmacy across the street.

Usually stays somewhat busy being one of the only shopping centers in town. Very new, so everything is still pretty clean. Has a lot of self-checkout stations, and they usually keep a good amount of checkers on hand to account for the amount of shoppers. I was not a fan of previous Walmarts, but this one is every bit of decent.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Every time I go there they tell me that my prescriptions are not covered by insurance and then i take them next door to Wal-Mart and they are cover 100% personally I think they need to train the staff better and become more computer literate!!!!!

I was so excited about having a CVS in Royse City but the customer service here is horrible and the wait is EVEN worse. To top it off, they seem to have "lost" prescriptions every time Im here. Definitely going to be finding a new pharmacy soon. Dissappointing.

I declined to purchase a prescription there, due to very high price...they told me it was my insurance coverage. Probably true because my insurance stinks (thanks Obama), I did not purchase it... The inside of store is clean and employees were very friendly.

did curbside pick up waited for 30 minutes and nothing cancelled my order and left ,for a mom with a 2 month old and 2 other children thought this would be a great idea to make it easy on me but never again

For a convenience store they sure dont have anything of convenience. I also really hate the floor plan, trying to find anything is extremely challenging, and the mark up is through the roof!!
