Hi there. Im giving Bailey 10 stars however you can only give 5 stars on the review page. Im a pharmacy technician in California and work for a competitive retailer and I have never come in contact with another tech like Bailey, she handled my prescription with such professionalism and understood what I asked her to do when billing two different insurance companies to see which one had the cheaper copay, Bailey went out of her way to contact me with my copay info. Ive worked as a pharmacy technician for 24 years and I can tell you from many experiences with pharmacies not all pharmacy techs are like myself or Bailey, once you find a great technician I feel its necessary to write a review and share your great experience with the pharmacy manager and with future customers. Automated service told me to pick up my prescription. I get there after packing up my son and the pharmacist tells me that its not ready, hell text me when he gets it done 20 minutes later. So i have to drive home and come back because it takes him 20 mins to label a bottle of insulin with a sticker. Very inconvenient and poor customer service. Every other CVS is spot on but this one.
