My experience is so very bad..I used to love this store because of there rewards...Well , this is my first time to write a store review because yesterday they are rude ...The cashier "ERICK everytime i came to this store his face expression is not happy ..and then when i check out he just automatic say we cant do a lot of transaction ,.like what can i do for my extrabucks f i cant used it rigth? thats why the store give the extrabucks so that u can used it to next purchase duh!!!..Thats for the past months experience im just being patient and a good costumer ...and then YESTERDAY I CAME BACK..i go buy a beauty product and they have $10 extrabucks so i did two transaction because i want to used the extrabucks to my hair color and then the cashier name" REECE" he the one check out my item so i didnt understand what he explained to me properly about my extrabucks that he didnt used all the amount of $10 ..is not they same in WALGREENS cashier they like "MAAM U STILL HAVE $2 LEFTOR MORE IN UR EXTRABUCKS REWARDS IF U WANT TO USED IT ALL OR U CAN ADD OR GRAB SOME ITEM OR CANDY OR GUM OR ETC.."thats it..so when i check my reciept they didnt used all my $rewards and then i paid tax to my card...so i came back and go line again to ask why? and then this ERICK name the one explain to me and being rude he talk a lot then accusing automatic say because u always do a lot of transaction thats why computer missed up or is not covered all and then i said hey im not using a lot of transaction i used on card using extrabucks..then i ask REECE where my $ reward he get in the pocket but he got the wrong one $reward card number and then he accused me again like thats why its not covered because its defferent number because u always used a lot of transaction likeWHATTT?"" ..I Said thats not my card number in the $rewards so REECE got the wrong one card ..then he explain to me rude again making 2 transaction to used myt $rewards .. so im so pissed off ..i just want proper and clear explaination about my reciept and rewards,,,so i go out i just sit my car for a while to relax and then when i go start and pulled my car to go homE this name ""ERICK i saw him go out the store ..what that mean ?""" MY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE AND FIRST TIME BEING FACE A CASHIER THAT BEING RUDE AND ACCUSING """GUYS!!!!PLEASE DONT GO THIS STORE LOCATION COZ I DONT WANT U ALL TO EXPERIENCED LIKE WHAT I HAVE....THANKS!!!! MAYGODBLESS U ALL!!!!!

We dropped off a prescription, it was filled and before we could pick it up, the medication was re-shelved. the prescription is controlled, and has an expiration date. which is now expired. They admitted their error, but told us they could do nothing to resolve their mistake. This was coming from a supervisor. Now, I am forced to drive from North McKinney to DT Dallas to have the prescription replaced (Must be hand written, cannot be faxed to pharmacy). This is just one of many experiences of complete incompetence this particular location seems to excel at. if you can count on anything from this pharmacy, it is that they will continually screw your orders up.

I had to go around the drive thru pharmacy three times for my prescription. First they said they had my birthday mismatch but when I called my insurance company they said its correct and called the pharmacy directly. Second time the prescription is not ready yet really?? So i have to go around for the 3rd time. Worst drive thru pharmacy Ive ever been!!! And oh I have to wait around 20 min each time what a waste of time. Changing my pharmacy to another location this branch sucks big time

You would think they could manage to fill a 14 pill antibiotic prescription... But somehow they short me 3 pills? Youre instructed by the doctor to not stop antibiotics early so I am forced to go back to this incompetent facility to pick up THREE PILLS. this is not something you want to do when youre very sick. Not to mention, when I called the pharmacy, the man seemed like he had been expecting me to call. What kind of pharmacy is this??

Absolutely piss poor. The pharmacy staff here literally has zero fucks to give anyone. They just go through the motions to get through the day, and to get a paycheck at the end of two weeks. Please, do not use this pharmacy to get your prescriptions. Ask your doctor to use another location, or anywhere else but this specific location. However there is one older lady thats nice! :) The rest of them suck.

They ALWAYS have my medications in stock! Ive had difficulties finding my meds in the past at other locations closest to my home. The pharmacy drive through line can take some time but they are always friendly and never judge me like some pharmacies Ive dealt with in the past. Id rather wait in line a little longer and not have to call three to five other locations to find my medication.

This store is very clean and the staff is friendly. When I walked in I was greeted by someone who appeared to be the manager. The pharmacy was the reason I went in and Im glad I did. They are very friendly. Im use to another chain and they are grumpy all the time. The pharmacy staff was polite, patient, caring and had a great sense of humor. They filled the prescription quickly.

Im not a customer of the pharmacy so this is purely about the shop experience. It tends to be properly stocked and organized, the prices reflect the convenience, and the staff are typically very kind and courteous.

Pretty hit-and-miss. Some days the pharmacy is really great with wonderful customer service. But about half the time they are not. Also, hard to get a second cashier up front when the line is long.

Always a good store with friendly service. Just be careful, sometimes they close earlier than their posted hours. Ive arrived at 9:55 to find their doors locked when they dont close until 10.

Drive-Thru Pharm is always awfully slow. Expect to wait 20 minutes to get through two cars.
