Twice in a week, Ive had bad service here. Once on a Thursday night after 9:00, they took an hour to fill a script called in from Primacare for strep - I waited in the car line for 30 minutes before giving up and finally going inside because they werent asking people to circle around. Then when I finally went in, I waited another 30 minutes for the script. Today, 5 days later, my son has strep and needs the antibiotics. Tried calling at 5:00 to confirm the fill, but Ive been on hold for 7 minutes now. Not sure whats going on, but they need to clean up their act. Ive been getting refills at Costco and only using CVS when its for a last-minute fill request - clearly I need another plan. Ha, by the time I finished typing this, they had hung up on me. Yay.

Although this location is overworked, I have never had any issues. Most of the issues that people have here is because either they are in a hurry, they forgot to update their insurance info with them, or like any usual human being, they are impatient and need their medicine right away. I commend any person that is brave enough to put themselves in their shoes. This location may be different from others, but since I go to this one 99% of the time, these people are troopers to what they have to put up with the disrespectful people from Far West Plano.

This pharmacy has to be the worst pharmacy Ive ever seen. Its not uncommon to stand in line for 30-40 minutes, while one attendant tries to service the people in line. Everyone else appears to be too busy to help. Come on! Either staff the pharmacy or get out of the retail drug business! And is it really necessary to have customers have to shout their birth dates across the room to a pharmacist?

Poorly run and managed pharmacy, very unorganized. Been coming here for 3 years and it continues to get worse. Overall service is just not up to par relative to other pharmacies in the area. Dont expect prescriptions to be ready on time or them to pick up the phone without being put on hold for 15 minutes.

Go here if you have nothing better to do than stand around all day. I knew i was in trouble when the woman at the front of the line was bent over the counter reading a magazine... I left without my purchase.

Went to a couple other grocery stores nearby for some 91% Isopropyl Alcohol and they didnt carry it. This CVS had a variety selection in stock. Also the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful
