Captive audience for now as the only pharmacy in Prosper. This seems is leading to the terrible service in the pharmacy. Not filling all prescriptions that are listed by physicians. Not calling to verify insurance benefits when they say they do. They just seem to be overwhelmed and consistently under deliver. Not having prescriptions ready when they say they will causing repeat trips. You may think these are isolated incidents, but they happen with regularity. Today alone has required three trips and still not done.

This pharmacy is actually dangerous. Today I was told, 2 pharmacy techs called in sick so they had everyone in the store helping. I got a call at 3pm saying my RXs were ready. At 5pm I went to pick them up and they werent ready and they were out of one. I spoke with someone who said there was no actual pharmacist on duty, he was just covering as an employee. I called in a corporate concern and this is scary. Kroger is by far the best at Custer and 121, professional and not a quack shack of jerks. Watch out!

the pharmacy staff is useless. Short, rude, and seem indifferent about providing anything that resembles good customer service. If you go into the store for pick up and it isnt ready, plan on recieving a pick-up notification text immediately after leaving - bonus points if you make it all the way home! Get your meds literally anywhere else and save yourself the hassle.

This pharmacy is the worst! If you set up a time for pick up, add another hour for them because it is never ready. This time they "lost" my prescription, and had it under the wrong name. Since its in the neighborhood it appears convenient, but ITS NOT JUST MAKE THE DRIVE.

I have always found the staff (pharmacy and store) to be polite and helpful. However, I reduced my rating by a star because their weekend pharmacy hours are ridiculously insufficient. Closing at 6pm is way too early.

Havent had bad experiences here. The only concern I have is the length of time it takes for the Minute Clinic. I believe that is just an issue of understaffed personnel.

Horrible service. Sent my wife home with unmixed antibiotics for my baby. Cant wait for another pharmacy to open in Prosper. I drive to Frisco to avoid these guys.
